I am watching, however maybe a sign of my old age, I only know 2 ‘celebs’ - Kate Galloway and I adore wrighty he truly wear his heart on sleeve, although this might go against him.
Be interesting when they drop the 2 additional celebs in, whether I will know them, we see!!!

Good to see Ant back, he has had a dreadful couple of years.

This is the first year I know who most of the celebrities are. The only ones I’m unfamiliar with are Adele, Jacqueline and the guy from The X Factor

Nadine is going to be a walking meme in this. She hates everything!

I feel sick and queasy sitting in the upper circle, no way you are going to get me to do that plank, on top of the tower. Sod that.

Haven’t watched it for years. I find it distasteful.

Never watched it. Cannot stand Ant and Dec. Unfunny, childish and overrated.

It was obvious that Kate Garraway and Caitlyn Jenner would do the first Bush Tucker Trial. I imagine Nadine will also be a favourite for those as well.

Some I knew, some I knew the names of but not the faces, and some I'd never heard of at all - about equally spread I'd say.
Bring on the critters!

I never realised that Adele Roberts was the same Adele who was part of Big Brother 3. Considering that she has done pretty well for herself we haven't heard as much about her as say an Alison Hammond. If Adele is as feisty as she was in BB then she could be this year's firecracker.
I think these band of camp mates will get on fairly well. Caitlyn will be good value as a contestant and will create a lot of publicity for the show.
Andrew Whyment and Cliff Parisi are apparently to two late arrivals for this year.

Be interesting when they drop the 2 additional celebs in, whether I will know them, we see!!! Maybe getting too old. Looked back at previous years and I generally know about 5/6, this year I only know about 2 as pointed out above, if it is celebrity culture, soaps or Made in Chelsea and the such that is me done. Wouldn’t it be great if they had proper celebrities on, that people really did know, such as; Elaine Paige, Michael Ball, Michael Xavier, Kerry Ellis, Matt Henry, Jenna Russell or Imedia Staunton etc However Ant and Dec are like a big breathe of stale air and there jokes are becoming annoying and the whole format is, it has been going 17 years now, since Tony Blackburn won it. Last year was great. Maybe I need to get into it more. However 90 minutes a night is too much too invest. These celebs are in, because they’re frustrated not being able to get a pantomime gig somewhere. Only kidding.

Goddammit! I googled her last night as I was sure I knew her face from somewhere - it felt so familiar to me. I haven't watched the Celebs show in previous years but I did love last year with John Barrowman, I loved that everyone seemed to like each other rather than the usual bitch fest. I'm liking Caitlin more than expected, but I really can't commit to 90 minutes every evening - I'll dip in and out, I think. And I knew 4 of the people, Kate, Wrighty, Roman (from Celeb Gogglebox) and Caitlin.

Adele Roberts is one that I'd never heard of, not being a watcher of Big Brother, nor heard her on Radio 1.
I'll being recording it from now on, and fast forwarding through the ads should take out the best part of half an hour.

Can I just put it out there- as an Aussie I feel it my duty to do so- that in Australia we don't actually have jungle.
We have bush and rainforests, but no jungle.
Yes, we have dangerous animals but, quite frankly, what country doesn't?
Think about, it it's that dangerous, how do we all live there?
Let's be clear folks, at no point are these celebrities are not (in any way) in danger.
Any yet, they'll still continue to watch (sigh)

Just caught ten minutes of this.
As I suspected. Tv bullying of the highest order. I cannot believe how on one hand we have people going to see shows like DEH and crying at it, whilst others think humiliating third rate celebrities by depriving them of food and making them do tasks that literally terrify them is a form of entertainment.
I think it’s absolutely vile.

I think it’s absolutely vile. The show has been running long enough now that any celeb would/should know what they’re getting themselves into. None of them are there against their will, and as others have said, they’re being paid handsomely for it too. For 3 weeks, people can enjoy it if they want.

I think it’s absolutely vile. Fame lasts 15 minutes.... or for another 5 if you eat a few sheep testicles or fish eyes. What I never understand is why someone so evidently afraid of insects volunteers to go on the show. But of course they do, and in doing so are also complicit... so I’m not sure I buy into the whole bullying narrative. It’s no different to that Bear Grylls show where contestants and celebs run around eating all kinds of random stuff in the middle of no where.
