Hi I know this a long shot, but I’m looking for this show kind of thing. It’s old made in like the 50s. There are women dressed in Native American clothes and singing. About something along the lines of plutonium uranium petroleum it rhymes with that but can’t remember the exact word.
So it’s sounds like plutonium plutonium plutoni yum yum yum.
They also have puppets on there backs of a baby and at one point they turn around and the baby’s sing.
It was apart of like a long show with other performances.

Welcome to the board jacksmith2. Hope someone can help. To me, it sounded more like 1970s "Ipi Tombi" than anything, but you think it was far earlier. Hi thanks for your reply it wasn’t Ipi Tombi, it was definitely much earlier. It was like a sketch and a song. But it was like part of this like omnibus of performances. From round about the 50s and I’m sure it was American. I don’t believe the dancers were actually Native American either but more in costume. And the song goes uranium uranium uranium yum yum yum yum or something similar. Then the baby puppets go la la la or something similar. It was so random but never seen it since. It’s in English all the words not with an accent either.

They couldn't have been singing I'm An Indian Too from Annie Get Your Gun, could they? Because that's coming to mind!

After much thought I can't help, but as a boy I was fascinated by American Indians and something stirs deep down in my memory about going to see--was it a film?--that was about Indians, but I was bored because it was all about something--was it uranium?--being discovered on their land and this made them wealthy. I found on Wiki a supposedly complete list of film musicals and went through it hoping I'd find a musical that fitted your description, but I had no luck.

I might be waaayy off and it doesn't match the description but it does sound like the oil song in The Cheviot, the Stag and the Black Black Oil?
