National celebrations on April 23 for the 200th birthday of Guardian theatre critic Michael Billington. Tickets to the celebratory theatre occasion The Public and the Personal have been allocated by ballot, but all are welcome to attend the free firework display afterwards. (Bring your own sparklers).
