I’ve tried searching for historical ‘evidence’ as it were, of what is normally available on tkts on a Saturday matinee. Are the likes of Les Mis or Phantom ever on there (even if it’s just standing tix) or does it just not happen on a Saturday? 🎭 🎶

Cheers Monkey, Do Les Mis only sell standing if they're sold out?

Me again...are the restricted view seats around the edges of Her Majesty’s upper circle really sucky or a bargain?

I had Upper Circle C36 for £25 and thought it a dreadful seat. Not worth the money. You hear everything and see Phantom as he appears around the top of the Proscenium but miss a fair amount of the Managers Notes scenes and the ending is ruined as you can’t see what happens!!!

R12 is pretty decent Thanks. Yes, I looked at this. Were the team in the booth a distraction or did they behave themselves?

That's literally what I did. There were definitely Band B/C style tickets for Les Mis going at 35-45% discount last week during weekdays though. Interestingly, despite me always telling everyone that the box office will do you as good if not a better deal than TKTS, the opposite was true, and the handsome young man in the box office quietly advised me I'd be better off going there if looking for a discount.
