My email ended up in my spam folder as well, and when I tried to open it my server refused to download it. Was it a personalised link? Can somebody post it here if it wasn’t please?

I got my 110% refund voucher today... Surprise surprise, I can't anything close to the seats I had for the price I paid. Seems a bit dumb to offer priority to those who already have tickets but revert to the higher rates of dynamic pricing. Because of that, my money stays on hold until prices drop again. Beware those of you who intend to rebook! Would it have been too much to offer like for like?

The email was personalised and included the original order number, but assuming you have that by email then you will be able to use the other info.

I received my email today and opted for the refund because unless The Coliseum know something that we don't, it seems a very strange move to have given dates for the rescheduled production. How can they possibly know that the new dates for rehearsals and the production can be set in stone at this point? I think they're taking a big punt with this move and I just hope they don't end up having to send another rescheduling email out in a couple of months time.

Although I've still not heard from them. I had a feeling that would be the case about rebooking. I had 4th row stalls aisle seat reduced to under £50 so on that basis I wont even be able to get a balcony seat for that money. Hopefully they will do credit note or refund and, as you, wait for a discount.

Now £35 gets you rear DC or mid UC, despite availability for the exact same seats. Peed me right off. Hats off to TodayTix - theyve been great and i'll spend the refund voucher, but at current prices not for "Hairspray". Also, my view is that dynamic pricing feels more and more like price gouging with every passing day.

The government don't have an exit strategy from this yet.

I don't feel confident enough that theatres will reopen in September to rebook and think personally there still might be social distancing in effect so staggered seating if they are open.

I also booked via Encore and as I posted here at the time was delighted to get two front row £49.50 stalls seats. I haven't yet received anything about my booking made through ShowFilmFirst
As there's now a much shorter run I'm not surprised that they aren't offering same-seat same-price transfers, though disappointed of course.
I see no point in paying more now for seats when the show could easily be cancelled /postponed again, also even with fewer performances I think there will still be deals nearer the time. So I'll also be requesting a refund.

So glad for the recent updates on this thread. I would have missed my email in my junk folder otherwise.

I was going to ask if anyone thinks they are taking a bit of a risk, and may well have to issue another round of refunds again. I personally don't see theatres being open by September. I think even after this initial lockdown, things won't go back to normal, and then there could well be other rounds of lockdowns as e get new peaks and spikes in the disease as we gradually come back out.

Not booking anything until they're open. It will be down to companies like TodayTix etc to try and sell the tickets to that first week or so of performances - can imagine it will be a very slow start. I'm reading on my Disneyland forum (I'm an annual passholder) about people planning their trips for July and I'm thinking they are absolutely crazy. My August trip is already out of the window.

While I wouldnt book a new trip, theres reason to hope Disneyland maybe possible in july/august. If I had a trip planned for then I certainly wouldnt be cancelling just yet. Considering how much has happened in the space of a month who knows where we will be by the summer. Could be better or could be worse.
If they do reopen by then it will be to what extent and limitations are in place, theme parks have options open to them. Theatres are a bit more limited as to what they can do to distance people and keep people safe

Theatres are a bit more limited as to what they can do to distance people and keep people safe This. Disneyland (California) is busy at the best of times, impossible to social distance, and queue space much more tightly packed compared to the Orlando counterpart. It also rules out character meet/greets, parades, firework displays, and probably half ride capacity and no theatre shows (as was happening in Singapore Universal until it closed the other day). I'd rather not have a half baked experience or restricted entry opportunity when my pass was $700. There's also the issue of travel to the USA (currently banned unless i'm operating crew) and travel insurance - mine doesn't cover me for anything Coronavirus related now that it is a "known event". With an average of 50,000 guests a day, all it would take is a handful of asymptomatic people to enter the park, touch some ride restraints, and you're back to square one.

No, me neither. To be honest, I don't see myself getting out of here until maybe next year. I have health conditions, so I'm at risk from this with my asthma. When the lockdown comes to an end, it won't mean the virus has gone, it just means more people are allowed to catch it again because the NHS can cope with more people getting it again. My aim is to avoid getting it, so even when it's over I won't be emerging. Then I would imagine there may be another form of lockdown when it appears that they are on the verge of being overwhelmed again. At which point, if theatres have attempted to reopen, they'll probably have to close again (and that's a big IF anyway).

As I haven’t been online only seen my email today(which had also gone into junk folder). I have requested a new ticket for any performance but 12/10. Hope I get a decent seat.

I finally got a rebooking link today. I’d booked through ticketmaster because the coliseum site wouldn’t work for me originally. Anyway I’d a full refund including fees and got to rebook without any fees. Who knows if it will happen I hope it does.

I had booked with Encore. Got an e mail asking me to complete an online form to say if I wanted to rebook and give 2 dates which I did. Not heard back yet but the e mail did say up to 28 days later. Hoping I get similar seat to what I originally booked. Also booked for late in the run in case it gets delayed again.

Booked direct, finally got around to emailing them this morning with my preferred date for an exchange. Initial acknowledgement said response within 28 days but heard back within 10 minutes confirming same seat on new date. Fingers crossed!
