I would've said Phoenix Xmas run but realised how Last Tango is there until December. Surely it would only do a Xmas run? Not sure where It Could in London this year anyway?

Really enjoyed this last christmas at the Dominion - despite Kimberley Walsh. I'd be really happy if it returned to London this christmas, but maybe not so expensively priced.

Are any theatres other than the Phoenix (Last Tango till very early December?) empty over December? And with The Girls in the Phoenix from January I doubt they would have time to put the production in and make some money on the production. I'm guessing it must be a regional production.

Restricted view balcony from £1.2m, front stalls from £8.4m, plus £2.25 per ticket booking fee. Preview prices, of course. We'd be looking at £6m minimum for upper circle slips after opening night. |

I missed this last Christmas, mostly due to the off putting prices, but listening to the score recently makes me kick myself, so I'm pleased to hear this could be hitting the road. A Christmas musical feels like the campest thing ever - right up my street!

It was very entertaining so would be happy if it came back but it wasn't worth the prices it charged. I got a deal on a ticket so it made it worth it. Ben Forster was brilliant and any show that brought Jessica Martin back to London's glitzy west end was good by me.
However, they could easily scale it down a bit and it wouldn't lose much of its festive fizz.
And much as I love DJ14, one of the benefits of the show coming back is that you probably won't get Kimberly Walsh. Although you will get a Christmas tree so much the same thing. 😀

I enjoyed it actually. I like having a Christmas musical in town, gets me all excited for festivating 🙃 I loved it last year at the Dominion - apart from the awful Kimberley Walsh. Had a front row Dress Circle ticket for £50 and didn't find it too expensive. |
