I dunno, this is the first major revival in about 20 years of the show in London, and also there has never been a London Cast Recording so its not completely out of the possibilities is it? There is a London cast recording from 1978 with Ann-Marie Gwatkin as Annie and Shiela Hancock as Miss Hannigan 😉. Edit: someone got there before me 😂

Annie isn't even that great a show to negate that many Cast Recordings!

I think there are quite a few. A few of the recordings in English include: the original Broadway cast, original London cast, original Australian cast, 30th anniversary tour cast recording and the recent Broadway revival cast. There are quite a few others as well.

Ohhhh I really like that cover, better than the tour programme I have. I hope to go in July when I have a bit of free time.

If anyone wanted to go tonight, I have a ticket I can no longer use as I am not feeling too well. Inbox me if interested.

I should add, if anyone is interested, am willing to sell at half price as it is the day of the show, I'd rather anyone sit there and enjoy the show rather than the seat be wasted.

By the looks, its no front curtain, same staging as the tour version as suspected. http://instagram.com/p/BUcd27GlgQt And yay, I did manage to sell my ticket to a friend, can't wait to hear back!

Exact same set as the tour, the orphan girls walk out on stage about 10 minutes before the start and get into the beds, its quite a good idea! Even if the jigsaw pieces theme of the set does remind most people of Matilda

I'm so interested to find out how Miranda is in this role! I personally find her really funny and used to love her sitcom but I can't imagine her as Miss Hannigan

I hope she manages all her shows she's scheduled to do because I cant be bothered with more 'above the title' star drama, its the same argument every time
