Fair enough, probably just a company based there then.
Talking of Pinewood, did anyone ever work out what the cast filmed there in their "We're in the Money" costumes? It was back in October 2017 but I don't feel like I ever saw whatever it was.

Are you taking about Mark Bramble having died or did the filming director die? I think the film director is very rarely the theatre director (happy for people to prove me wrong). I know this was shot slightly differently to most filmed theatrical performances but on a standard non-live filmed production it's pretty much edited by the end of filming. I know this was not standard but I think they would have had it more or less edited by the end of the filming. I don't feel like they'd have had a long editing process at all and it would just need watching and approval. What do you mean by Pinewood Studios being involved? Do the studios make things? (I actually have no idea). To me Pinewood being involved doesn't mean much, lots of companies are based there and it could just be that it's being graded there or something like that. Because of how involved he was with this production, he had been heavily involved with the filming and editing of the filmed performance (the editing side is still ongoing) so we were told that it probably would be a case of it having some effect on it

The email has come round announcing this for the cinema on Wednesday May 1st!
Unfortunately it looks like this is for those lucky people in the US only.

No harm them getting to see it before us, we at least got to watch it live and we'll get to see it one day! To be honest I'm happy it's being shown over there too.

A Sunday treat for you. I love this video!! Wow, they still know the moves (even those who weren't in the London cast, but they could easily have been part of another production). Was great to see that talent in Paris yesterday (a lot of the costumes could easily have come straight from 42nd Street)!

I have found a 42nd Street 'button' badge that was given out at a preview that I'd be happy to pass on to a good home. You must have seen the show (scouts honour) first come first ...
Speak up on here and pm me an address.
Ps do we have a pass it on thread? Continuing with the clear out.

If it's not found a home yet I'd be interested, however if it finds a more worthy home please let it go elsewhere. I say that because I do actually have one but because I loved the show I kept it out and it's awfully faded now.

When we have a UK cinema release shall we all book the front row one night to remember the good times?
