Just a few thoughts, though. To the guy who posted, Claire will not be upset that you commented about her pregnancy, she's pretty cool about things like that. You've been the hugest fan of the show from day one it would be a shame to let something like that spoil things. Thank you for your support. Thank you for the kind words.

Am I the only one attempting dayseats today? My trains are messes up so it makes more sense for me to get an earlier one, I will get to the theatre at 10 for a matinee seat. There was some dayseats left yesterday by 12, as there was at cast change too so hoping I will get lucky!

Good luck getting the seat, hope you get a good one. Just setting off for the long journey down from the frozen north. . This show has brought me more joy than I ever imagined it would, so pleased to be able to be there tonight.

Sometimes, there are those rare shows that alot of us on here just love and universally are just like damnnnnn it when it closes. Over the past few weeks especially, it's very clear this is one of those examples. I think tonight will be electric, am so excited yet emotional at the same time. I don't know a show that has brought to much joy to myself but also others quite like this one has in its just under two year run.

I know at least one of you actively hangs around and 'listens in' to get the goss to pretend that you're 'in the know' and also 'stalks', if I can use that word lightly, some of the cast and musicians, etc on their way home. Well, that doesn't sound creepy at all... Is this 42nd Street or Wicked?!

I am going to blub tonight I just know it. I found myself getting emotional at the staircase and curtian call last night. But to be fair, some of the cast appeared to get emotional too, Clare wiped away a few tears after the staircase because the audience were applauding and cheering well into the next scene. Grahame had to stop and start his line again due to it.

Hi, I work at Drury Lane and will miss the show as much as you lot. 😢 It's been interesting reading all your comments over the past two years especially considering what the opinions were like at the beginning. It really is a wonderful show and this cast are going to go out with such love and appreciation ringing in their ears. I hope you all find other equally as wonderful shows to fill your matinee and evenings with or if not then maybe have slightly fuller bank balances. 😄 Just a few thoughts, though. To the guy who posted, Claire will not be upset that you commented about her pregnancy, she's pretty cool about things like that. You've been the hugest fan of the show from day one it would be a shame to let something like that spoil things. Thank you for your support. There are NO private conversations at SD if you're surrounded by lots of other people. I know at least one of you actively hangs around and 'listens in' to get the goss to pretend that you're 'in the know' and also 'stalks', if I can use that word lightly, some of the cast and musicians, etc on their way home. Lastly, has anyone noticed that the man who does the incessant, monotonous 'woo-woo' noise all the way through the show doesn't do one for Tom Lister in the curtain call? Why not? Everyone else gets one. 😕 Thank you for coming to see the show. It really is appreciated. We couldn't do it without you. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 So, can we guess who "Lampy" is a second account for on this thread?....... (they've even used the same emojis!)

Well so much for going to see another show this afternoon and 42nd Street tonight, I've found myself in the day seat queue. Again. Only around ten people here.

Hope some of you will join me at the front to watch the orchestra play the audience out at the end. This was always one of my favourite bits. One or two of them are quite the showmen.

Hope some of you will join me at the front to watch the orchestra play the audience out at the end. This was always one of my favourite bits. One or two of them are quite the showmen. I have no intention of leaving until the orchestra are done! I'm a musician as well (though definitely just an amateur one and not often anymore) so for me listening to the orchestra at the end is just as much fun as watching the show! I've been to this show comparatively few times compared to most of you and haven't actually seen Bonnie yet so I'm hoping the audience is excited but respectful as I'd actually like to hear the dialogue! Are we meeting in a bar at the interval? I guess a lot of us will meet pre-show without even trying given so many of us seem to be in the first two rows of the stalls!

I’m not always the most confident person at going up to people and starting a conversation but would love to meet some of you- come and say hello if you’re passing, I will be the very tall person making the most of the legroom in A21.

I always do, but recently haven’t been able to get near enough to see them as so many other people like to watch them as well

Hi all, Theatre Royal Drury Lane box office here. We thought we'd drop a note as apparently people have been saying there won't be day seats tomorrow and Today Tix won't have any, but just to put minds at rest we will be having our lovely day seats as normal tomorrow in various places across the whole auditorium. We have also give Today Tix their usual supply. And it's always worth coming to us just before the show if you miss out on any of these cheaper options, and we'll see what we can do for you at regular price. We're really looking forward to seeing regular day seaters tomorrow morning (wrap up warm, the weather says it's going to be cold), and also welcoming our Today Tix and other personal callers too. Let's make their last shows great ones. Best wishes, The DL team The Box Office Team of Xanthe, Michael and Co have been simply amazing to the regulars of the show. Thank you so much and I wish you all well as you move on to new pastures come tomorrow xx Gutted ! Was on today tix 10am soon as it changed to open clicked and said 6 tickets left then said all tickets gone 😞😞

TodayTix Rush for the evening were sold out by 10:02.
In fact, I tried at about 2 seconds past 10 and they were all in baskets. Hope anyone who was relying on that route got it.
Afternoon Rush are all essentially showing as sold out too, although sales aren’t officially closed yet.
What was the day seat queue like in the end?

Managed to get rush tix for tonight! Back of the royal circle, never seen the show from anywhere but the first few rows of the stalls so intrigued to see it from a different perspective and take in the spectacle on the whole.
Have a feeling tonight will be very special!!

I've always been in front or 2nd row stalls and wish I had seen it from the dress but never got round to doing it

Dayseat line was length of the foyer plus curved around the side. I showed up at 10:05 and accepted I wouldn't get a ticket as I was at the curved bit but held onto hope... then a friend of mine came out of no where, grabbed my hand and said come with me... she was at the front of the line and got me my dayseat for the matinee! 😍

Just to let you know I don't look much like my avatar anymore 😁 but I'm easy to spot as I'll be hobbling around with a stick. Do please say hello as "it would be grand, grand, grand" to meet some of you.
