Just got through the queue again. Lots of availability for the new January dates. Surprised they didn't hike the ticket prices.

Finally got through and managed and booked seats for the end of November. Saturday matinees have pretty much no tickets left.

The wait initially said over 2.5 hours but actually only took 45 mins.
Plenty of availability when I got in, but I'm not prepared to pay £80 for a Royal Circle seat or £50 to sit in the Upper Circle, so I've gone for a cheap Balcony seat with nothing behind so I can lean forward if needed. Last week of previews so hopefully the show will be fairly tight by then!

Anyone else fed up of feeling like the least important person in this triangle? People that work are unlikely to be free at midday to Tw*t about with multiple windows! Most successful likely to be teenagers with hours of free time to tweet about it whilst they’re doing it...grrrr. Tab left open whilst phone unlocked, but sends you back to the start if your phone locks. Rubbish. Like last week with Sweet Charity tickets- I happened to have a day off (coincidental) so was able to get a ticket after a long queue. Had it been today, I wouldn’t have been able to do anything until after work.

Dear god that was an absolute nightmare. I need therapy now! Day started when I got my access just after 12 noon. 2.5 hours in queue, found a seat for 4th preview but couldn't book it as had forgot my password and by the time the reset e mail came through I had been timed out, plus I had just finished work. Got home an hour later, logged on again, changed password, 2.5 hours wait again but that turned out to only be about an hour. Then couldn't find any aisle seat in stalls available until way into November, then only really rear stalls. 3 times I clicked on a seat and each time it said that the seat had now gone so back to scratch and, of course, the usual problem of 2 seats available and wouldn't let me take 1. Finally got a seat for 2nd December which is far later than what I wanted but at least its Aisle and in row J. All this for a musical that no one has heard of apart from us lot. (Oh and I think the Hamilton fans as they are all talking about it on Facebook) I should just really go and see rubbish shows that no one wants to see to be able to have stress free booking and choice of seats. Early Christmas present for me then!

Well after a twenty minute late email, having to abandon the queue, reaching the booking page but being forced to rejoin the queue because I'd been away from my desk for too long, I finally managed to book the date and seat I wanted, hurrah!

Got through the queue and then kicked out when I picked a date. Meh. I'm not that keen to see it - think I might take my chances later on.

If people, like me, gave up earlier you may wish to try now. I just got through in fifteen minutes. I've got five tickets for Friday matinee on 27 December. Quite a lot for that day available. Struggling with all Saturdays for more than one ticket together!

So is this going to be the show of 2019? I don't remember people talking of queues and struggles getting tickets for Come from Away and Waitress.

Yes I got mine for the date I wanted in November. Fitting it in between Sarah Brightman and the Les Mis concert.

Now the dust has settled I’m really glad I got some tickets despite the awful situation!
I’ll wait for the flurry to die down then might wait for payday and book a couple of matinees with my ticket allocation before general sale.

I got through in 5 mins with no issues.
Slightly shocked that virtually all of the stalls and circle are £100+ but I really shouldn’t be surprised by the producers greed.
This will be one hot ticket.

Got charged £35 for a ticket I don't have because my browser messed up when processing my card! I went back and got a £15 very restricted view ticket.
I can get the £35 back, right?

Managed to book some tickets for one of the dates during the Christmas Period. Clicked on the priority booking link this evening, and got in within a couple of minutes. This is one show that I really want to see, so am excited!

If the sale failed at the payment stage the booking usually gets held, call the box office and they can proceed with the sale or release the tickets for you. If the booking did complete you won’t usually get a refund as they’re sold non-refundable so you’d have to transfer it to another date/show. Given all the issues today though you’d hope they’d refund as their systems were terrible!

If it's gone through and I end up with the seat that's fine, the £15 ticket is for a different date so happy just to go twice, I just want the money back if I don't have a seat.

They’re a private enterprise and they can do what they like, but based on what I’ve seen here and on social media, this was a messy event. Queue-it are better, even ticketmaster are smoother.
A queuing system that doesn’t work on mobile phones? People getting booted out as soon as they reach the end of the queue, and then having to start again? Getting kicked out whilst tickets are already in the basket?
I don’t understand why this was done in a way poorer than even previous DMT booking extravaganzas, never mind poorer than any of their competitors.

I did get the link at 12.15 but couldn’t get on site on my mobile. Eventually got on pc but the only decent stalls seats left for the date I wanted were premium prices. I refuse to pay those so didn’t purchase!

So I didn't get tickets. Today has proven my frustration with DMT's website, and queues.
Not only did my booking link arrive very late into the day, all of the seats on potential days I could go were premium. I refuse to pay those prices so I just left it there.
