Got through at 12:22, so 22 mins after receiving and clicking on the link.
Got one of the grand circle slips for £15 - the ones closest to the circle say "moderately restricted", the ones further to the stage say "very restricted".

I know message states MORE than 2 1/2hrs but ive been in for 20 mins and no change to message. I've just joined again to try and get a cheap ticket for another date and it also says "more than 2 1/2 hours". I expect it's predicted to be a lot more than 2 1/2 hours at this point, but they don't want to say.

You just have to hope they only let a small number in at a time hence the large queue.
Not likely, I know!

I got through to the booking page after an hour but it seems to have stopped on step one “select performance “. No calendar or options to pick a date. Is this another long wait?

No problem here either. First matinee is 9th November, press night 19th November, booking to 21st December. Premiums are stalls E to N except outermost pairs, and dress centre block A to E. Rest of stalls is £80, rows S and T £47.50, A, U and V not on sale yet. Dress only the restricted ends of A and B are £47.50, the rest including H is £80. Uppers, centre block B to E except outer 2 on the aisles are £47.50. Outer pairs B to E, plus all rows A and F are £32.50. Slips £12.50, 4 seats closest to the stage not yet on sale. Balcony A to E £25, slips all on sale £12.50. Looks like a lighting rig in the centre balcony rows D and E. No boxes on sale yet. Add £2.50 to all prices booking fee. Any idea why the 4 slip seats closest to the stage in the upper circle are not on sale today? Thanks

Am I meant to not even leave the tab open in my browser to stay in the queue? Or as long as the browsers open still it's ok?

I was really lucky, Email came at 12pm - clicked on link and waited 5 mins!!
I’ve booked Row B centre Grand Circle for Sat matinee!!
I liked Row A The other week for ‘All About Eve’ But of course I did have safety rail slightly in eyeliner so opted for B - my price point was £50

Weird queuing. Link came at noon, clicked on it right away and it said I would be on the booking page in a few minutes, but instead it was almost 40 minutes. And good that I was right at my laptop as there was no noise, etc., just suddenly on the booking page, with heart rapidly beating. Went for Row B Royal Circle, Friday November 8th.
Having a bit of a bleh day so feel I've accomplished one little thing (also spent about a half hour on Theatremonkey site for advice :-))

Anyone else fed up of feeling like the least important person in this triangle? People that work are unlikely to be free at midday to Tw*t about with multiple windows! Most successful likely to be teenagers with hours of free time to tweet about it whilst they’re doing it...grrrr. Tab left open whilst phone unlocked, but sends you back to the start if your phone locks. Rubbish.

I'm casually going to swoop in later this evening hoping to get the dregs and avoid all the hassle.

As a full-time worker, I actually feel I've got the best personal circumstances for ticket booking. Admittedly only because my employer is fairly relaxed about our internet use, but I've got my zippy work internet connection and I can get on with loads of other stuff while the tab is open in the background. Even if I'm doing a multiple browser thing, it takes a couple of minutes to set up, a couple of minutes to check out, and I'm working while waiting for the queue to open and once the queue gets started.

Yes I'm with @baemax I've always found ticket buying far easier when I've been in a full time office job- leave the tabs open while you work, and then do a quick transaction when you're in. And if not, well you haven't lost anything cos you're sat there anyway.

All booked for mid December in Grand Circle B13-16. I’ve never sat in this tier at the Noel Coward, having seen the show in New York it’s a great one to take from above with the set and projections.

Agree with Emily and Baemax, granted, since I work from home, I don't have a boss looking over my shoulder, but I also just leave the tab open and get on with other things in the meantime. So it's just 5-10 mins total out of my work day.
