Even the understudies. Particularly those for Maureen and Angel have had a lot of praise for their roles. I'm glad I will see it at least twice next week before the end.

Christina has done a lot of performances as well, what with Lucie busy with her Eurovision commitements! And she has an amazing voice, she was great at the Musical Marathon! I'm sure she will get another show soon, probably something to do with The Other Palace or Paul Taylor Mills, he seems to love her!

Harrison Clark got a lot of chances too when Layton had his op. I've seen suggestion on twitter that Shanay is going in to Jesus Christ Superstar at Regents Park but not seen any confirmation

This current cast is/are great, but I'd welcome the chance to see others in the roles.

Hey guys, how long is this version? I booked myself for the 23rd in Tunbridge Wells and I need to catch a train later. I went to the matinee yesterday in Nottingham. It started at 1.30pm and ended at 4.15pm, but that was with an extended interval due to 'technical problems'. The board in the foyer gave the running times as 75 minutes for Act 1, and 55 minutes for Act 2, with an end time of 4pm. With a full three and a half hours between performances, half the cast went shopping in Nottingham city centre.

(this is one thing I miss about Nottingham...which granted is an odd things to miss)

Oh, how I wish I could afford to make the trip to Nottingham or Tunbridge Wells to see this again. I went three times last week in Coventry in the end and cried my eyes out. First time I've seen the show on stage, although I've listened to the cast recording way too many times since I discovered it in my early twenties. I'm so jealous of those of you who still have shows to go.
I was lucky enough to see Joshua Dever as Roger on the Tuesday (missed a couple of cues but otherwise very strong) and all sorts of fun and games in the ensemble on Friday/Saturday due to various people being off, including Christina doing the third SoL solo and the last Voice Mail being completely skipped (very smoothly, I might add - if I didn't know the show back to front I wouldn't have noticed) on the Saturday afternoon because Raffaela injured her knee halfway through act 2 and they didn't have enough ensemble women to sing all three mothers.

If it's any consolation, both remaining performances in Nottingham are now sold out. On Thursday, at the matinee, the circle was closed and half the seats in the stalls weren't taken.
