Anyone know of some good three hander plays to perform? 2 male 1 female/3 male. Maybe four-hander if one could play two roles
I should know some given how much I’ve seen but I always go a blank. All I can think of is Art

Copenhagen (Frayn) fits the 2M 1F bill nicely

Annie Baker's The Flick is like that. (Technically there's one tiny fourth part, but it's non-speaking if I remember correctly).

All I can think of is Art Mike Bartlett's "Bull" Richard Greenberg's "The dazzle" Harold Pinter's "The caretaker" (3 men) Brian Friel's "Faith healer" Stefano Massini's "The Lehman trilogy" (3 men)

The Samuel French website lets you search by cast size and gender: Damn you Samuel French. That does not give me the results I was hoping for.

Genet's Deathwatch (there's also a prison guard, though only briefly) and The Maids (written for male actors playing 'female' characters)
Katherine Soper's Wish List, if the cast are young - one female, two male - there's also an overseer in some of the warehouse scenes but he's only on briefly and an actor could double up.
Killology, three male, but it's more like a play for voices - not much physical action or interaction.

Perhaps in-house playwright @emicardiff has written one? Or would consider a commission?

There you are, then, david J - and also here we certainly have producers and other members in the profession - could this lead to the first Theatreboard production?

There you are, then, david J - and also here we certainly have producers and other members in the profession - could this lead to the first Theatreboard production? Thanks a lot everyone. Certainly reminded me of some great ones there. Our director has already put forward Simon Gray’s Japes and were having a read through to see whether we like it. No idea what it’s like We had Pinters Betrayal at first but the venue thought their audience wouldn’t like it. Can’t say looking at the premise for Japes what the difference is
