Not always very high value in terms of ticket yield or donations

Just tried and it works fine for me on Chrome and Edge - when I click on "book here" I get a white pop-up window with a black "Book Here" button - that opens up the GILT site in a new tab. So not sure what to suggest! Are you running an ad blocker or pop-up blocker or something?

I couldn't get in when I tried earlier this week as a JL/W card-holder - & I am registered & followed the site's own instructions but just kept going round in a loop.
After a while I gave up as I wasn't that bothered, what with the offer having deteriorated in recent years & knowing that unless others had been added, the plays/shows I most wanted to see weren't included.

Will have a bash at using internet explorer in a minute to see if that makes a difference.

Have managed to get further with internet explorer- I’ve put in my card details, clicked save the card for next time, and then tried to book by clicking the book here button.
I’m then taken back to the black box and asked to put my details in again. I’m going to give up now, and will try at home. I want to buy some tickets but feeing a bit frustrated that I can’t!

I'm still using chrome but I have also got as far as you have. Once I submit my card details it asks for them again. I have never wanted to buy something as much in all my life!!

Try deleting cookies from your browser maybe? Just checked and I don’t have a card registered on the priceless site, you pay on the GILT site

It finally worked. Got all my tickets for my trip in January so I'm very happy 😁. I think the site was just extremely busy and it seemed to be luck of the draw.

Had similar 'black box' problems earlier in the day but returned to it after I escaped from work and have nabbed good tickets for Company and my annual GILT-trip to Matilda. Happy

I had tickets for Company and then it froze. Ten minutes later and Company is not even listed.
I got tickets for Come from Away. Yay. Although I ideally wanted a weekend.
Ahh well!

Got True West, Coming Clean, Black Is The Color of My Voice and Soul Sessions.
Was trying to get Les Miz but their allocation this year is really rubbish, £40 for row R in Stalls doesn't sound like a great offer, so I'll give it a miss.

I've really pushed the boat out this year and have booked a £10 ticket in the gods for my eighth visit to Les Miserables, and a £20 ticket in the stalls for my ninth.
I don't expect to see much from either seat, but at least I'll be able to hear the people sing. And they're both aisle seats, which is almost more important than either!

Just had a look on the Facebook page for Kids Week, as that seems to carry on through the year discussing family theatre trips. Someone had asked this question, and Official London Theatre replied: "Hi everyone, we haven't yet released the dates for our New Year Sale but we can tell you that tickets will go on sale from early December. Make sure you're signed up to our emails to be the first to know when the dates go live. You can sign up here:https://officiallondontheatre.com/newsletter"

GILT is a good time to snag a Lion King ticket, if you want to see it, only time you get a mean a discount.
Tina is likely to appear, as it up is now struggling to shift tickets, hence recent adverts. I wonder if Book of the Mormon will finally succumb,

I want to get phantom as I cannot see any other way of getting a discount on it.
I have John Lewis card so hopefully I stand a chance for decent seats for max £30

Am I right in thinking the Partnership Card is the credit card? If it has the MasterCard logo on it, yes. Last year, John Lewis MasterCard got priority even over other mastercards. But they hadn't the courtesy or common sense to contact their customers so I learned of it here only and after the event. I am signed up for their emails but all I receive is rubbish about sporting events or expensive holidays in which I have no interest.

You crashed my ambitions.. , never mind, i won't take out a credit card just to score cheap tickets LOL Fair enough but as I've said elsewhere, the vouchers for use in JL and Waitrose are the reason I have the card. I save mine up and have used them to "buy" a dress which was already half-price in clearance, a new GPS watch which was the model I wanted anyway (saving c £150) and most recently to reduce by more than half the price of another item of clothing.
