Ive managed a couple of 7 hour stints outside the apollo victoria. Opted to battle through and stay awake as I didnt fancy settling on those cold concrete steps

Longest I've ever queued was from 4am for Heather Headley's last show in Bodyguard (we had 3 people in front of us) and 4:30am for Once cast change in 2014 (we were first in line). I wouldn't queue overnight - no cheap day seat is worth spending a whole night out on the streets in my eyes - no offence to those who choose to camp out for tickets though.

I'll admit to camping out once overnight with my friend for the final London show of Hairspray. We had her dad as a bodyguard and our valuables in his car in the car park. She brought camping chairs and I had an old sleeping bag. Slept quite soundly from midnight til 9:30, unfortunately my friend did not. I have got up really early though to dayseat Wicked too. The earliest was 3am and I wasn't even first I was 10th! I believe it was an Ashleigh Gray show!

I saw the show last Saturday night and was blown away. There was an instant standing ovation right to the back of the stalls. The DM website booking system seems to be playing up again link It is showing tickets are available.

Even for sold out shows there's usually some returned tickets

Hi members attending the final matinee and evening performance on Saturday... We've talked about a group meeting on the previous board, so I just wanted to touch base and inquire if everyone is still interested? I have several emails I could contact privately and take it off the forum if need be.
I was thinking we can meet at Cafe Boheme across the street from the Prince Edward Theatre at 1pm prior to the matinee, and around 6pm prior to the evening?
Hope to see everyone there. It would be fun to catch up and talk musicals over tea or drinks.

I don't know anyone though so it would be helpful if there were an easy way to identify members

It's too late for this meet up but the team have previously talked about providing badges to members for such occasions...would that be something you may be interested in for future meet ups/occasions? Would anyone actually wear such a thing?

I have a spare ticket for the final evening performance on Saturday. It's right at the back of the stalls, Z25 would take any offers for it. If anyone fancies it or you know of anyone else wanting to go please let me know. Thanks

Ooh. It's so tempting. My cousin's going as well. Will try and rearrange stuff and let you know. If you get other offers though, take them.

UK Tour Confirmed.
Seeing as Eva is going off to the Broadway production maybe Tanya will be offered the Tour Lead?

Why does it take over a year for them to prepare for a tour? Will the cast like Tanya be able to get work permits and jobs in the mean time given the slightly awkward interim time period without being deported?

Will the cast like Tanya be able to get work permits and jobs in the mean time given the slightly awkward interim time period without being deported? Tickets for the first tour dates will be going on sale over the next couple of months, so it makes sense to try and keep the hype going until then!
