Jose just retained his two Michelin stars and 4 bib gourmands. And he has not even mentioned it. Shows how great a person he is. I am not saying Jose is not proud to have achieved this. Jose has been on TV talking about www.cnbc.com/…/chef-jose-andres-who-fed-puerto-rico… Which shows he values people and helping people rather than Michelin Stars. Which makes me think he is an amazing great person.
