Richard Madden, 10 years Keeley's junior and not anything like as famous have top billing? Whilst he's not as famous as his other, longer-lived GoT co-stars, he has nearly three times as many Twitter followers as KH, and 1.3m on Instagram, so globally is presumably more of a draw for the younger demographic. Keeley Hawes and her husband seem to be popular domestically but haven't really broken through internationally. |

Brilliant episode. Yeah episoodes two and three disappointed me, but that was good. Story really moving along nicely

I had no clue who he was until I read an interview with him (and realised he was the bloke I didn't see in R&J) BUT he's far more well known than Dame Keels. |

There are still many loose ends.
There were some great moments - but I still have lots of questions. Particularly regarding the Home Office and Security Services.
I think we are heading for season 2.

A great episode and a great piece of tv drama on the BBC. Well done to everyone involved. It’s been an absolute rollercoaster show of emotion over the last 6 weeks. One of the best tv shows in 2018 in my opinion.

I think it went downhill really badly in the last couple of episodes. I mean, it was fun (ish) but what a load of old cobblers, really. And so many people raving on twitter about Richard Madden's amazing acting. I just don't get it I'm afraid. He had one frowny stone face expression for what - five hours? - with 20 seconds of tears and smiling at the very end. I feel as though I've wasted my time watching this to be honest, and I feel a bit let down after the excitement of the first couple of episodes.

I didn't bother with the middle, switched on the last episode, was expecting a 24-style nailbiter and instead got some people standing around on a patch of muddy grass for ages and then the same 'twist' that Agatha Christie uses damn near every time.

I enjoyed that. I thought it was considerably less silly than the middle episodes and the ending satisfied me, if not everyone.
Vicky climbed up and down that wall very quickly with that rope didn't she? That was very realistic...

Well I just loved it. Yes, it was silly and OTT at times and the ending left me with a few more questions but on the whole I just thought it was sensationally good TV.

You know what, sometimes I don't need an accurate portrayal of counter terrorism that paints an accurate picture of MI5 (spoiler alert that's actually just a lot of people staring at computers all day). Or one that realistically depicts politicians (lord knows you couldn't dream up what the real lot currently get up to).
SOMETIMES, just SOMETIMES I want a bit of exciting telly with some badass women (yes Gina) and some pretty man-candy. And well call me low brow but I bloomin' loved this.
