Hi Everyone,
I’m thinking about creating a book with photography of all the stage doors of theatres in the West End! In this book there will obviously be the pictures as well as some information about each theatre!
I am seeking any thoughts and opinions towards this book and feel free to say anything! This project is just in the beginnings so just wanted to hear what people thought about this idea!
So far, I’ve compiled a list 45 theatres I would like to include. I need some help deciding which off-west end theatres to include (remember they need a stage door!)! Any suggestions?
Thank you for any comments you post and it would be very helpful to say if you’d buy the book when it becomes available!
I’m more than happy to answer any questions on this thread or on private messages!
Thanks! Happy Theatring!

A quirky idea and a different take on a book about theatres. It would be a great way to include some funny stories associated with each theatre. I wonder how easy it would be to interview some of the stage door keepers. I'm sure they'd have great things to say!
Maybe you could include some information about the architecture of each venue too?
Be sure to share how you're getting on with it.

What about Hackney Empire or Theatre Royal Stratford East?
