She's incredible!
The 'things I never felt' riff! 'Defying Gravity', all of it! She's so f*cking amazing. I can't stop shaking.

Interval thoughts.
Clear star of the show Suzie Mathers. Easily strongest Glinda London has had, and what a voice. Popular very funny and stopped twice by audience applause - never seen that before.
Rachel's acting has improved tenfold while she has been on Broadway, as has her belt. She pulled out her usual riffs and they sounded incredible
Rest of cast v strong, especially Anita Dobson.
return to form!

This is the best I've EVER SEEN IT tonight.
The queen has returned. And she's better than ever. Having the time of her life up there.
Suzie Mathers is PHENOMENAL. Hilarious and a glorious voice.
Anita Dobson did t quite know how to play it but I loved her in spite of it.
Wicked is going to have a phenomenal year. I can't wait to see what happens now!!!!

I honestly believe this show is the strongest it's been since 2012, truly believe that. It's in such good hands SO refreshing having such a funny Glinda .
And Tucker well. I think she's even better than when she last in London - gosh i'd missed her voice

Rachel Tucker is back, and better than ever! Those riffs, those growls...EVERYTHING.
Suzie Mathers is the best Glinda I have seen since Dianne Pilkington, she was hilarious. And she is the first Glinda I have seen where the soprano notes dont sound weak or forced. She was just phenomenal.
I loved Anita Dobson as Morrible, sickly sweet one minute then just so dark the next...It was like Morrible going through the change, mood swing central.
Don't know what I thought about Idriss Kargbo as Boq, I think in time he'll get there...loved him in Act 2, but in Act 1 I thought he was a bit too OTT.
Now bring on the 10th Anniversary!

Honesty, in 14 times, one of the best performances of Wicked I have ever seen! The whole new cast is phenomenal! Rachel just is Elphaba, she was hitting incredible riffs and notes that had loud gasps from the audience! Suzie is one of the best, if not the best Glinda in Wicked London history in her incredible voice, comedy and also her emotional moments! Full standing ovation from the whole audience and the reaction to Defying Gravity was an eruption! I cant even express into words how incredible it was! And Rachel and Suzie were much at stage door, stopping and chatting to everyone... and I'm just saying, Idriss as Boq, potential Lola in the making! Great comedy and looks the part! Do not miss this cast! Even if you dont like that much, do not miss these performances! It is the best shape Wicked has been in for years!

Rachel's TWAI and DG are already on YouTube... Jesus Christ, how is that she keeps getting better and better?! Admittedly I always found her TWAI to be her weakest but that recording is probably the best I've ever heard her sing it.
Agh that woman... Absolutely incredible. It's weird, Wicked truly feels like Wicked again since Rachel is back. I haven't seen the show since 2014 and I wasn't there tonight but listening to those audio me from this evening makes me feel like how I felt when I first saw the show in 2010.
Great to hear such good things about the rest of the cast as well - I can't wait to see Suzy!

Definitely the best performance I have ever seen (I have been many times!)
This cast is the perfect one to lead through the tenth birthday year.
Suzie is sensational! Incredibly funny, loads of new touches and her chemistry and the way she interacts with Rachel Tucker is so effortless and breathtaking.
Rachel has American twinges in her accent still but by god she can act this role out the park.... think of what she was like last time round and times it by five. That voice! When No Good Deed came on I was an emotional wreck.
What an honour to watch this show and think how much better they will be once they get used to each other. It's frightening.
Only four months is not enough!!

Truly, truly just the strongest Wicked cast I have ever seen! I will be making many visits now in the next few months! And I recommend everyone does. You will never see another cast like this, it has completely refreshed Wicked.
