I'm going to miss Daniel Hope being such an adorable Boq, and of course the Geordie accent! Looking forward to the new cast though! Does anyone know what Alice Fearn has done before? Might try to catch one of her shows among the many Rachel shows that I'm hoping to make

I hope superfans behave and don't ruin it with all the screaming. Rachel's fans are far more classy with their Fangirling  Although my worry is that the usuals will all be back and now will latch themselves onto her/ any random member of the new cast as I can't imagine they will know what else to do with their time if they are not at this show. Can I bagsy being the top fan of fifth cover midwife please?! |

I saw Emma once and I totally get what you mean. I didn't like her (lack of) acting. She doesn't act. She speaks the lines. Although there have been several other Elphaba's over the years who have done the same... cough... Kerry Ellis Although it's all personal choice as we all love different things and all have different favourites and long may that continue! |

what are we estimating the stage door queue to be like tomorrow before/after the show? also not sure if this has been posted but Mark Curry did an interview about the 10th: www.londonnewsonline.co.uk/4954/wizard-mark-curry-talks-us-ten-year-celebrations-wicked-london/“There’s going to be something very special on the day and they’re kind of keeping it a bit quiet. I’ve heard rumours that there might be past stars of the show coming back to see the show and maybe come on stage. That’s a rumour so I don’t know. There are going to be celebrities and fans and I think it’s just going to be the most electrifying night.” |

People over estimate the stage door queues. I went there once last cast and there were just two of us, myself and another. I wanted to go home home but as the other was brandishing baked goods I felt I needed to stay in a security role!
In fact, the first thing Emma said to the other girl was "I still have some of your tupperware".
I kid you not. At that point I did wonder to myself Wtf am I doing here?!

Not sure what year it was but ex cast members came on the stage at the end. All tickets were on sale though as far as I know, unlike this one. I would think all Wicked cast peeps who want tickets in stalls will get them, super USA Elphie Shoshana Bean has already Tweeted a fan saying she is going to be there which is exciting.
Shame Wicked are so consistently sh*t at fan engagement though. Get some fans in the stalls for goodness sake.

Pretty sure it was the 5th Anniversary where the past cast members were onstage after the bows. I was at the 6th and it was just a balloon drop and a speech by Rachel (exactly a month to the day before she left in 2012).
Interesting to hear Shoshana is going to be there. I might try a game of spot the ex cast member from the circle lol.

New (and hugely edited) photos are now up outside the theatre.
Love how Suzie's head and torso has just been photoshooped onto Gina and Rachels catfight scene photo...it is literally Gina's skirt and arms with Suzie's waist and head...its a good photoshop job though, from a photographers prospective.

Rachel returning feels like more of an event than Kerry returning did even though Kerry got loads of publicity. I have a feeling Rachel will deliver on that hype which Kerry, for me personally, did not. |
