I responded to the email to request a specific night and got a reply quite quickly confirming the reallocation. So if there's a night you definitely want that's worth doing, but otherwise I think they're just working through.

I think they’ll give me reopening night, when I’d be double booked but will move my other plans. If they give me the Saturday after I’ll need to reboook Come from Away. |

Just had an email from ATG rescheduling my concert ticket to the first night that they are intending to reopen. Very happy, fingers crossed for 19 June!

I got muddled in how to request a different date (the link took me to a generic FAQs so replied asking for 19/06. Fingers crossed |

Fingers crossed I couldn't do the date I was rescheduled to either and got stuck in an FAQ loop trying to get to the re-reschedule option, so ended up simply requesting a refund and re-booking for the first show. |

Really hoping this first show goes ahead - I'm at both the matinee and evening that day, because I rescheduled for the evening and then realised there was a matinee which is technically first and asked for my second ticket to be there.

I opted for a refund as the date offered didn't suit me plus I wasn't happy that they were trying so hard to avoid offering refunds. I'll see it when the day seats start again.

I see the two shows on Saturday 19 June are no longer on sale, though I've not heard anything about my booking. However, the show's COVID info page says performances are suspended until Friday 18 June... I'm hoping that means we'll get socially-distanced Saturday shows before the full house opens on the Monday.

Yes I've just had that email, despite my previous booking being manually moved to 21 June by ATG just a few weeks ago, when they told me over the phone that 21 June was on sale!
They seem to be a bit slow in their decision-making compared to others, which is fine and I know they've been cautious throughout, but if they are going to do that they should just take all their shows off sale until they have confirmed dates rather than having to move bookings for what will now be the third time!

Happy to discover when checking my ATG account just now that my booking for 19 June has been transferred to 22 July. Come From Away was my last pre-COVID show and it feels right to be at their first back.
