I'm still hoping for Rogers Nelson.

It would appear Albert is looking more likely
I just think that would be cruel on the poor kid. Being named after a famous 19th Century Prince is fine - if it weren't for it also being the name of a piercing.

I suggest they be inspired by the supreme imagination that is Andrew Lloyd Webber and call him The Other Prince. I reckon you might have got the closest... My bet is on The Other Palace’s other name, James. (Interestingly, the Westminster Theatre, which the St James replaced was originally built as the Charlotte Chapel!)

If he ever did make it to the throne, he would be the second Louis to do so. Even though the first one is not really talked about!

Disappointed in the lack of originality. I know if you want traditional names you've got a reasonably limited pool, but Louis is already one of George's middle names, and Charles is the masculine form of Charlotte, surely they could've done better than naming the new child after both of its siblings? I always felt bad for my sister that her middle name is similar to my first (well, after I spent years being confused that my middle name wasn't a variant on her first), this is just an amplified version of that, and a very weirdly unoriginal set of names.
Also, Louis's been a pretty popular name for years now. When he gets to school, he's going to be at LEAST the fourth in his class.

Obviously named after my grandfather who was a Louis and the name goes down in his grandchildren, my cousins. Lovely name.

What a great name, the name of the last French king before it went to a republic, Sounds too good to be true!!!

Louis is "King of the Swingers, a jungle VIP" in "The Jungle Book." If he made it to King, they would have to alter the National Anthem to "I Wanna Be Like You" for sure. Are you just monkeyin' around?!?! Louie is King of the Swingers, not Louis. Though it was performed by... Louis Prima! Oh, ooh-bee-doo!

Apparently, Louis was 20/1, so the bookies have made a fortune on this.

So as soon as we get the baby we can speculate again (I’ll be running a sweepstake at work as well tomorrow now!)

Well let's hope Her Maj stops Meghan Markdown from calling it Chad or Randy or something else equally American. I think we can also probably rule out Thomas.
