Definitely a more interesting cast than the current, about time the show had a decent freshen up.

So disappointed that Hayden Tee is returning, was really underwhelmed by his performance I just try and catch it with Jeremy Secomb before he leaves.

I feel like Carley Stenson was only a matter of time... I don't rate her, but hey, she was quite good in the DRS tour (no Katherine Kingsley mind...)

Pleased with that cast change, should be a decent refresh. What is Karis Jack like, does anyone know?

So disappointed that Hayden Tee is returning, was so disappointed with his performance I just try and catch it with Jeremy Secomb before he leaves. Me too. Never thought I'd go and see Les Mis two months in a row. Love Secomb's Javert and I thought Simon Gleeson was a great Valjean (better than Peter Lockyer anyway) so seeing the two before they leave would be fantastic. I'd really like to see Killian Donnelly's Valjean. How can I find out Hayden Tee's holiday dates later on in the year.

Random question, over the course of Les Mis' 30 or so year run, who has played the most roles out of Valjean, Javert, Thenardier, Marius and Enjolras? It seems that Killian has done 3/5 but has anyone ever done more than that?

I hope people still will remember that there will be a alternate once a week. Not sure if Adam Bayjou is leaving or not. All the posts I'm seeing on twitter are 'I'm gonna book for Killian'. I am still a Bayjou & Oliver Brenin Valjean fan so it will take a lot to ever surpass those two for me. Adam and Oliver are both listed as company members from 12 June so I'd imagine they're both still Valjean covers. www.lesmis.com/uk/2017/04/killian-donnelly-and-carley-stenson-join-london-miz/

The cover dates aren't advertised so it's difficult to know when to plan...best bet is to hope that West End Covers tweet at the start of a week!

anything known about the new Enjolras? read somewhere he is "fresh" from the school? hope he is better than Michael Colbourne, think he was right from the school 3 years ago and he was ... to say it nice "not good"
would have loved to see Chris Cowley stay a bit longer

Drew Sarich has also done Enjolras, Valjean and Javert.
I haven't been to Les Mis in ages, this casting might tempt me back. Probably on my own, though - my usual theatre-going partner isn't a Killian fan.

Been ages since I've seen Les Mis, overdid it during the Alfie Boe/Ramin months. Already booked for 3 visits (cheap seats - I do like those funny little chairs at the end of the dress circle A0 and A36).

So disappointed that Hayden Tee is returning, was really underwhelmed by his performance I just try and catch it with Jeremy Secomb before he leaves. I couldn't agree more Daniel. He's my least favourite Javert EVER! I've never heard such a peculiar voice. He sounds as if he's gargling while he's singing. Saw him twice and that was quite enough! Don't know what's going on at Les Mis lately but as a regular visitor to the show for 28 years I'm very disappointed in the way Delfont Mackintosh are alienating real fans of the show who, like myself, travel long distances to see other performers playing the various roles. It's ridiculous not allowing covers to say when they're on. Some of them recently have been much better than the leading performers they've replaced! There's no point at all in people like myself, and there are many of us, traveling multiple times to see the same show with exactly the same cast. Can anyone on here explain why they've decided to enforce this rule when it had been overlooked for so long? Their Twitter account has also gone from being the most entertaining and informative to the most BORING!!! Why have the cast been stopped from running it? Can anyone explain?

I DMed Oli he is still 2nd Cover JVJ and swing and I would assume Adam still is 1st cover. I hope Adam has a regular JVJ day like he has had for the last 2 years. Mostly because I want see how many more times I can see him as JVJ and also make it easier for me to see Oli as JVJ again. Both of whom are my faves as JVJ. And I am SOOOO happy about Danny Whitehead staying. Even more so now I know what he will be in the show.
Lee is changing tracks he will be Brujon and still 2nd Javert. I am pretty gutted he wasn't bumped up to first cover though.

Don't seem to be many Hayden Tee fans here. I wonder if his followers are known as Tee-totallers. Liked his Marius back in 2005, haven't seen his Javert yet. Saw Donnelly previously as JVJ, I tipped him for the role full time "one day". I knew he'd have to leave and come back though - they're not keen on promoting understudies in key roles full time. After Sean Kingsley, it's easy to see why.
While we're on Kingsley, he played Enjolras, JVJ and Thenardier. Did he go on as Marius or Javert?

Karis Jack anyone?
Doesn't seem to be a huge amount of interest in the role of Eponine these days.

Karis Jack anyone? Doesn't seem to be a huge amount of interest in the role of Eponine these days. I saw her in Bubbly Black Girl recently and found her voice quite irritating & childish but could have just been the part she was playing. Interested to see what she's like in a different part.

Today is the last day of Tom Aldridge being Grantaire. Known for a while but everyone was told not to post it anywhere. God knows who Grantire will be for the next 5 weeks though 😕

Karis Jack anyone? Doesn't seem to be a huge amount of interest in the role of Eponine these days. I thought she was really good as Little Inez in the Hairspray tour so glad she's been given a West End break in a huge role! Surprised Carley is doing Fantine but glad. Is it me or do they usually give Fantine to someone fairly well known even though the part is fairly small? I know she has like the biggest song in the show but she doesn't even appear in the second act hardly? Killian should be good - hope I can see this new cast!

I've never seen Hayden Tee so I can't judge him. I'm a bit dissapointed by Carley though. She was fantastic in Shrek when I saw her, and I heard she was great in Legally Blonde. But maybe it is just because I have only seen her do comedy. I'll be intrigued to see how she does.
I haven't seen Les Mis is Ms. Fletcher left, as I loved her performance as Eponine. She is also the only Eponine I have seen, so I will be intrigued to see what it is like seeing it with a new woman in that role and seeing how it compares or changes my experience of the show.
