The West End's longest running musical is still playing at the Queen's Theatre. How often did you hear the people cast sing?

Do we know if Craig Mather is leaving in June or if he has a full year contract? He was my first Marius, I'd love to see him again in the role!

Understudy Central tonight - we had Adam Bayjou on as Valjean, Adam Pearce as Javert, Jessamy Stoddart as Fantine, Charlotte Kennedy as Cosette and Luke McCall as Enjolras. All were brilliant, you wouldn't guess they weren't the leads if you didn't know. Show was in great shape, felt as fresh as ever and a well-deserved standing ovation. Busy but not sold out, a couple of empty seats dotted here and there about the stalls.

I heard the people sing at the Barbican a couple of times, the Palace too many times to remember, on Broadway, in Stockholm, in Amsterdam, in Vienna, in Paris, in Madrid, in Manchester, at the Queens numerous times, in concert at the Royal Albert Hall to celebrate ten years, in Bristol, back to the Barbican, and at the O2 to celebtrate its 25th!

Countless times in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Best leads were Valjean David Fawcett (u/s at Manchester), Graham Bickley as Marius, Phillip Quast as Javert, Linzi Hatley as Eponine, Rebecca Storm as Fantine.

I still haven't seen the show outside the US (not for lack of trying), but have seen the two most recent Broadway productions, two US tours in several cities, and a couple of school editions. Multiple times each (except the latter).

I'll be there at Carrie's and Rob's last show. I expect it to be very scary and mental. Last years cast change was already mental with crying, hyperventilating girls all around. I expect this with a bunch of hopefuls and half term to be even worse, haha! I'm actually going to live stream it on snap chat if everyone is interested haha!

The fact that people are leaving or that new people are coming in? Do they want people to stay in the show for the rest of their lives? I find reports of this sort of behaviour fascinating but at the same time quite bizarre.

Is anyone going tonight to see Adam Bayjou playing JVJ? Lucky you if you are! I saw him last week and he was fantastic!

It will be draaaaaaaaaaaama, big time - because Carrie tweeted she will not have much time at SD on saturday, because she wants to go to say goodbye to the rest of the cast

I personally think that she should just avoid the stage door on Saturday evening and go out a different entrance. Because there is no way she is gonna get out of that alleyway easily.
She should go out after the matinee for a little bit then go back in, then her followers are pleased.

Is there an issue with Carrie and stage door? I was reading through her tweets and most days there seems to be something along the lines of "Won't be out at stage door tonight because..." followed by something that doesn't really seem to be a reason. Her fans must be very annoying.

Her fans must be very annoying. Over the past year she has chosen to dodge the stage door a lot, either not going out or leaving through a different exit. I think it is because after her book and her YouTube growing, her fanbase has gotten a bit insane. It's a lot of screaming and yelling at her rather than what it used to be, where they would chat and give her hugs and that is it.

The theatre is placing up barriers at stage door for Saturday evening since both Carrie and Rob are leaving. Carrie has said she will be leaving by the stage door but will not be able to stay for long as there is a cast party after the show that is attending to say goodbye to all the cast properly.
I must agree that her fanbase has gone crazy and can only imagine it must be quite intimidating sometimes.

Ta Your guess is as good as mine BurlyBeaR it's been 'Cover Central' for the last couple of weeks, but this is the best cast I've seen in ages so it doesn't really matter who's on, they're all great. Having said that I think Rob Houchen has been a perfect Marius and will be very hard to equal.

Will the new Marius (Craig) stay until the normal CC or for the whole new year? Have you heard anything about the new cast from june onwards? Going in july and would love to still see some of the current cast, the Enjolras Bradley Jaden for example (living in fear of getting a horrible Enjolras again as Michael Colbourne was)

Ta Kate (Bush) is taking over the role of Fantine, and has arranged for tickertape to shower the audience after I Dreamed A Dream. If you think Carrie's (Sorry- even after Googling I still have no idea who she is...) fans are bad, wait until you see Kate's! We can be really naughty, although we will pick up every bit of tickertape after the show, leaving the theatre beautifully tidy (and promptly, to get to the Stage Door.)

I find reports of this sort of behaviour fascinating but at the same time quite bizarre. I know right. Last year I sat next to 3/4 mega fangirls (I thought I was one, but no..), already sobbing and being complete hysterical messes before the show started. During the show, after every number they would scream and cheer like it was their last minute on earth. Outside at stage door they were bragging to other fans about how actor X favorited their tweet, and know their names. Eventually they almost 'attacked' the actors, crying and screaming in their faces (really intimidating) and so on. And when I asked one of them; Don't you want them to continue their careers and shine in other roles and shows? It's not like Les Mis or the actor won't exist after tonight' they almost killed me with the look on her face, haha! I'm up for a good show of les mis, and some brilliant entertainment afterwards at stage door. I normally never go to stage door, but with cast changes at Les Mis I go there to enjoy this 'Jungle'.
