I too think Layton is perfect casting for this role, I've really liked him in the 2 shows I've seen him in previous.

The new mum is everything. That’s why I hope she and Michelle will overlap performance so I can see them both...but from a marketing and producer point of view, I doubt that’d happen simply because they both will sell tickets so makes sense to have them at different periods. It’s just I have seen the new mum before in a few shows whereas Michelle might not do West End again
