Was very surprised that my ticket arrived today. Thought they weren't sending them out until much nearer the time. Yes surprised when mine arrived on Tuesday...

They rather messed up the booking for this as they called me about 10 days after my booking had failed to go through to ask if I still wanted the seat they were apparently still holding for me. Sadly I had already purchased another from TKTS so I had to give up beloved D4 in the Royal Circle

Looking forward to read the reviews to decide if I'm gonna take a trip to London to see this.

Looks like they have released the back couple of rows of the stalls for all performances. £40 in previews, £60 for the rest of the run

I want to see this show mainly for the cast as i’m not too familiar with the story, so I was hesitant to pay such high prices but you just saved me from having to do that!

This rehearsal shot is what the kids call a “mood” also I’d forgotten Mr O was in it. Looking fine as ever. (And yes I know lots of you thought of that bit of him didn’t you?)

In fairness the Donmar really should have issues a warning. As @baemax just said to me “how could you not think of it reasonably often having seen it”

Cate who? Can't wait Indeed. I look at this and think, who cares about When We Have Come Up With A Sufficiently Stupid Title.

They probably withdrew them because they reveal too much. What we are seeing in the photos are the actual costumes...

Or withdrawn because of cast approval? Notice how none of the originally released images had G and L in the same shot...

I think the advertising for this is terrible. Looks like something Bill Kenwright would come up with.

Yes - I tried getting some cheapo up in the gods seats on release day but for some reason couldn't check out and they all went. I'm so glad they're broadcasting it. I saw Gillian Anderson in the audience at An Octoroon so at least I can say I've seen her! (Oddly, was on the tube opposite the actor who played John Jarndyce in the BBC Bleak House on the way in that day, then saw another BBC Miss Havisham, the lovely Tuppence Middleton, in the evening)

I think the advertising for this is terrible. Looks like something Bill Kenwright would come up with. I quite like it and think it looks classy. Way better than the initial image on the website. I'll tell you what *does* look very Bill Kenwright of old - the (what I presume is initial holding) artwork for The Starry Messenger.

This would have been so much better if Kenwright produced it. Jenny Seagrove and Michelle Keegan directed by Alan Strachan.
