Who signed off the paint job... the theatre is now a miserable grey with h old vic painted down the side! And massive "the old vic" on the front. Looks very cheap now, more like a night club than a warm welcoming theatre

Looks like they think they run the young vic, and trying hide the historic building they have. The side wall is the same size font, but has a "h" gap for door then "oldvic" |

Presume this is aimed at making it seem less exclusive and offputting. To do that they need to change the way they treat people inside the building, rather than paint the outside

Aside from the (H)Old Vic and it's spruce up, how did terry manage to edit his initial post just two hours ago, a good 14 hours after first posting? I thought there was a very short time limit now for editing posts... Curious as my tongue-in-cheek comment in response to his now makes very little sense.  |

I've found that the time limit for editing on a computer is about an hour, but on the taptalk app on my phone, there's no limit at all!

What about the light bulbs? Do they still have the light bulbs? I like them. Thinking of having them on my house.
