Hi
Can anyone tell me what demand is like for Nutcracker tickets at the Royal Opera House?
With their tiered system release system do any tickets normally become available for general sale?
Thanks

I'm a'friend' so always book ahead but I would think there would be quite high availability since they always schedule loads of performances. There's always greater availability when less 'star' dances are performing btw.

I found general booking fine last year with good tickets for more popular dates. But I did book early once general booking was open.

They do lots of performances, the ones with the more popular dancers tend to be sold quicker.
Keep an eye on the "normal people" release date for tickets and you will be able to get the tickets you want. I'd recommend booking online close to the release date and time.
It's a magical production, I hope you enjoy it!
