Soooo looking forward to this. Not sure why, as I hated the film.

Dithered but decided. Got a Row B stalls for the 1st Monday for £59, seems all stalls for the first night are sold out and I hate the top levels.

What's the cheapest site to book on?

Sketchy site. It irks me that she calls it Dream Girls and says it's a Broadway transfer. It's Dreamgirls and it's a brand new standalone production. It's West End Wilma. It's not just the site that's Sketchy. Oof. I sense a story?!

I have a ticket for the first Wednesday matinee in the previews. Got row F of the stalls. Very excited for this as I love the movie! I have no idea who the girl playing Effie is, I just hope the rest of the cast are phenomenal. I can think of so many people who I would like to see in this. Like Tyrone Huntley as Effie's brother, for Lorelle I would like to see someone I saw as lil Inez in hairspray a few years ago, Raquel Jones.

I'm just chuffed I've paid just £59 for Row B in the Stalls, when it said the price range was up to £125 I thought jeez, that's the back of the balcony for me then!

Anyone going to the first preview? It's practically the last show I'm seeing in London in 2016. I'm off to the US to troll Broadway and Chicago in December for the stuff that didn't cross the pond yet.

How is it selling thus far? I wonder if it will be a fast hit or a slow burner? I suspect the former but we shall see

Tickets are flying out the door I hear.
Bizarrely they are really not using Amber Riley to advertise it... Yet..

Amber was promoting the show on the radio this past weekend, they played her Glee version of ‘and I am telling you’, sounded fantastic.

I wonder who else will be cast in it. Beverley Knight or Alexandra Burke would've been amazing as other roles but they're in different shows

Before casting, I actually wonder who the basic creative team is? Namely who is doing the set and costumes? I guess Casey Nichola will be doing both directing and choreography. I hope they relaunch the website soon with more creative credits.

I'm just thinking and I tell you who would make a great Curtis, Idris Eldba! I know that it would never happen in a million years but he's such an amazing actor and I'd love to see him in a musical!

Bought tickets for this on Saturday direct from the theatre. It seems to be selling well...had to wait to start of February to get decent tickets.

Shaun Escoffrey should be Curtis and would love to see Cynthia Erivo as Deena, I'm just praying they don't cast Alexia Khadime as she seems to get plenty of leads but has a voice which I find really grating!
