Was anyone at the final show last evening? Only other time I saw this was in previews, and I'm not familiar with latest stage combat/stage blood magic- but did Jonny Bentley actually get punched- blood all running down his face and vest during Fight the Fight! He seemed okay but god did I get a bit lightheaded trying to focus on his otherwise brilliant performance! I saw the matinee and it was pretty bloody as well so I assume it must be an effect that happens every time. Haha that’s brilliant then 😭 I definitely wasn’t prepared for it. But I did spend a few secs wondering why they couldn’t have kept his bloodied vest and add a new stain for his next injury! |

A year since this great revival opened and they definitely went into the studios after it closed to record the show but still no sign or news of the release.
Sad as it was a great cast and powerfully sung and would be wonderful to hear the full score again in its updated version. Anyone heard anything about its delayed release or worst if its been cancelled?
At present only Jonny Amies seems to be back in the west end in the big little things but the whole young cast were very talented so hope some others are on the boards somewhere.

A year since this great revival opened and they definitely went into the studios after it closed to record the show but still no sign or news of the release. Sad as it was a great cast and powerfully sung and would be wonderful to hear the full score again in its updated version. Anyone heard anything about its delayed release or worst if its been cancelled? At present only Jonny Amies seems to be back in the west end in the big little things but the whole young cast were very talented so hope some others are on the boards somewhere. Jack Ofrecio was in Next to Normal recently and Desmonda Cathabel is currently Jasmine in the Aladdin tour (and one of the contestants in I Have A Dream on ITV). |

It's now in America for a short time with a brand new cast. I hope it works out for them this time.
