What a shame that SS and her 'people' (who don't need people, apparently) can't allow Natalie a few minutes in the spotlight. Now, of course it may not have been her decision as I imagine she has been removed from running her twitter account but really? This is snide, petty and pathetic.

Pip Gil tweeted AFTER Sheridan hastily tweeted out her news... 👌🏻 And, who do you think tweeted it.. her or her publicist agency Pip Gil... I think accusations of malicious publicity against Natasha's announcement are rather far fetched... Welcome to the forum!

By the look of it on Instagram (If you location search Palace Theatre & Opera House Manchester), the final few performances were filmed for Sky Arts.

By the look of it on Instagram (If you location search Palace Theatre & Opera House Manchester), the final few performances were filmed for Sky Arts. They certainly filmed the last two - had a camera in the pit for the matinee which was trained on Sheridan almost exclusively (when she was on stage), plus others further back. The latter were there again in the evening. Exciting to hear what it might be for...

"You saw it on stage, now you can see Sheridan's Funny Fanny every night in the comfort of your own home. Buy the DVD"
I should be in marketing.

They also filmed a few performances towards the end of the run in London as well.

Surely "Finally, Sheridan's Funny Fanny Filmed!"? "Finally, Sheridan's Final Funny Fanny Filmed For Fanny Fixated Fans Future Fun" ? Try saying those after some technical difficulties.

She’s singing “my man” which is from the film not the show

Bit late for that isn’t it? Should have been in the show!
(Except she probably couldn’t sing it 8 times a week cos she’s not Barbra haha)

I noticed when I saw this in Manchester, the posters were advertising "Final performances in the UK". Does that mean there are plans to take this abroad (not necessarily the US - some of the international tours go all over now)?

Could do a double Bill with A Star Is Born and see if the audience can tell the difference.

So has anyone figured out if this is the Savoy version or touring? This thread implies it was filmed in London and on tour so I'm curious. I know which version I would prefer it to be.

Can’t wait to get to relive Sheridan’s performance, hope there’ll be a DVD too.
