Just booked for this. No idea what I'm letting myself in for as I know nothing about the musical apart from Josh Grobyn starring in it on Broadway. Heavily booked and I had to scroll through a lot of dates to get something suitable. Don't know if they hold off seats for public booking. If not there isn't going to be a lot left.

Does anyone know how the £20 under 35 tickets work? Do they send you a link via email or do I need to be logged in to my account when they go on sale and they’ll just appear? Hoping to get one tomorrow.

Does anyone know how the £20 under 35 tickets work? Do they send you a link via email or do I need to be logged in to my account when they go on sale and they’ll just appear? Hoping to get one tomorrow. I received an email about it a couple days ago, I'll copy paste: Thank you for subscribing to our emails for audiences aged 35 and under. Importantly, you just need to add your date of birth to your account here under the 'details' tab. You will then be able to access exclusive £20 tickets when they go on sale on Wednesday at 9am. How to find 35 and under £20 tickets from Wednesday at 9am Once you've logged into your account, see what's on and look for tickets. £20 tickets will appear as blue stars on the seating plan. You need to login first to view the seats. If there aren't any blue stars appearing on the date you're looking at then they've sold out. You will need to have added your date of birth to your account to access these seats.

sounds like all the discount tickets might be a struggle to get... does anyone know - will it be pretty much impossible if i can only get onto booking a few hours late? i mean, besides discounts... will any acceptable seats will be left at all... if it's already this difficult before public sale at all...

From the looks of the seat plan during priority booking there seemed to be about 4-5 pairs of 35 and under tickets! Some in the back row of the stalls, front row of the stage facing top section and then some on each side!

Not sure I like this queue. Every 4.5 minutes it checks if you can be let in, but no indication where in the queue I am!

Got through within a minute or so and grabbed a ticket. Only a very very small handful of single tickets left - about 10 it seems but I only checked a few dates.
Grabbed front row circle for first preview.

From the look of it, it could be they admit random people on the page every few minutes, regardless of what time they arrived.

I got through with a very short queue (where I had a queue number) and then when I tried to add tickets to basket, it threw me back into this checking every 5 minutes queue. So I don’t expect I’m getting tickets for the performance I wanted based on how few were available when I was selecting tickets at 9.

It's put me back in the queue again after adding seats to my basket and trying to pay, which doesn't seem right... The basket is probably going to expire while I'm stuck here.

No, I expect there was only meant to be one queue and once you’re through the “check every 5 minutes one” it’s fine

Got into the website at 8.50 then through to tickets page at 8.55 put in a queue with 130 ahead. Grabbed two front circle seats for the performance i wanted. Happy Bunny ! Still lots available across the run. Deep breaths

Only took me 3 minutes to get in and purchase with zero issues. Going through random dates now and it looks like most dates for the entire run are 80 - 95% sold out. Insane.

Still lots available across the run. Deep breaths You got lucky then, it wouldn’t let me in until 9 on the dot (I was refreshing frequently). Got put into a queue at number 8, so was straight through pretty much, selected tickets and then got sent back to the other queue

Logged in at 8:45 and went to the exact date/time I wanted and waited. At 09:00 it put me into a numbered queue with 230 in front of me. In by 09:04, two centre of row D stalls seats, and out by 09:06. Still lots of seats left at the sides and a few in the stalls when I looked after checkout.
