Today Northern Ballet announced it's very exciting 2017 season!
Casanova will premiere at Leeds Grand Theatre from 11th to 18th March, before touring to Edinburgh Festival Theatre (23rd to 25th March), Sheffield Lyceum (28th March to 1st April), Norwich Theatre Royal (4th to 8th April), Milton Keynes Theatre (19th to 22nd April), Cardiff New Theatre (25th to 29th April), The Lowry (3rd to 6th May) and Sadler's Wells (9th to 13th May)
The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas will have it's world premiere at Doncaster Cast from 25th to 27th May, touring to Wolverhampton Grand Theatre (30th to 31st May), Leicester Curve (2nd to 3rd June), Richmond Theatre (6th to 7th June), Aylesbury Waterside Theatre (9th to 10th June), Stoke Regent Theatre (13th to 14th June), Bromley Churchill Theatre (16th to 17th June), with dates to be announced for West Yorkshire Playhouse and Hull New Theatre.
The Little Mermaid will have it's world premiere at Southampton Mayflower (21st to 23rd September), touring to Norwich Theatre Royal (26th to 30th September), Newcastle Theatre Royal (31st October to 4th November), Nottingham Theatre Royal (7th to 11th November), Canterbury Marlowe Theatre (14th to 18th November), Woking New Victoria Theatre (21st to 25th November), Sheffield Lyceum (28th November to 2nd December) and Leeds Grand Theatre (5th to 17th December).
I'm so excited to see The Little Mermaid when it hits Sheffield and I hope I can catch The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas somewhere. Are you going to be seeing any of them? What are your thoughts on the 2017 line-up?
