I think we discuss the show, all the stuff , on the regular thread and our reactions to the results on the spoiler thread. I don’t think commenting on a poor dance or a silly costume spoils it for anyone. But we mustn’t hint at the result. Well that’s always been my understanding but last night it looked like suddenly we weren’t “allowed” or something a you know how dare I go against some people 😉 I will continue to post my own brand of Strictly bullsh*t here then (mainly as I’m usually a day late on it anyway so not a spoiler for me 😂) |

I was out last night, but quickly whizzed through some of the dances last night - vdcni and I could have been sitting on the same couch sharing Doritos because our opinions are so similar. There seemed to be a bit of over-praising from the judges, but some really entertaining routines. Thought Pasha and Giovanni were both incredibly attractive in their dances (and their partners did great) and agree that Oti and Katya are inventive choreographers who help their celebs.

Well I did have someone called Fox next to me on the sofa but that was one of my kittens!
Though he does like licking my fingers after I've had Doritos so you know almost the same!

My granny used to have an antimacassar over the back of her sofa that Shirley seems to have recycled as part of last night's costume. Very eco friendly!
Talking of recycling, I never need to see those tired routines from Grease, Dirty Dancing or An Officer and a Gentleman on movie week ever again. Done to death and very boring no matter how well they're performed.

Didn't see that one coming. Charles is one of my faves AND he needs to win so I get all the lovely sweepstake money at work.

Some extremely dodgy camera angles last night. Twice the crew were caught on camera and seen.; once when Claudia was upstairs talking and firing one of the dances.
Also at one point when Claudia was talking you could see Kevin and Stacey getting into position to be filmed before their VT.
Bit shoddy!

The video is even worse! I think if I were them I'd find it difficult to continue with the show (although obviously they're not obliged to quit, it's their business at the end of the day) - it must be incredibly awkward backstage and I bet Seann wants to be as far away as possible from Neil and viva versa. Not sure if I was either of their partners I'd be happy with them still training together... Anyway, it appears that Seann's girlfriend has dumped him but Neil seems to have decided to give Katya another chance. |

Good for Neil if he isn't bothered. Of course he may be very bothered and just putting on a brave face but this expectation that one must be absolutely devastated when your partner briefly gives in to temptation instead of just fantasizing about it is bizarre. I suspect some just live in denial and the belief that their partner only ever desires them and that human nature doesn't apply.

Up the following morning for a full English with double fried bread maybe?
