On Wednesday’s first preview of ‘MJ’; Ed Westwick Michaela Coel Kate Moss, a few years ago. Couldnt recognize her for a few minutes. Looks VERY different IRL without makeup. Boris Johnson at the Almeida to see Saoirse Ronan. Ben Kingsley and Derek Jacobi at the Donmar in different shows. Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton, at the Tennant Macbeth also at the Donmar.

And perhaps most memorable of all, George Soros at the old Bush Theatre to see a play called 2nd May 1997. It was about the night of the Tony Blair sweep, directly linking the Tories' fall to Soros' bet on the pound a few years earlier.
In the cast was a young Phoebe W-B, who even stripped on stage for a brief scene.

Jake Shears at Opening Night tonight. Also Rufus Wainwright but don't think that really counts.

Forgot to post at the time. Sat directly next to Michael Sheen in the circle for Motive And The Clue, Valentine's Day evening performance. With who I can only assume was a very young looking girlfriend!

At Dear Octopus tonight Rory Kinnear supporting his wife and Richard Ayode and Lydia Fox. Wonder how seeing a play about sibling relationships was.

I did get to sit in the row behind Lulu at The Little Big Things a few weeks ago. She either attracted very little attention (or it was a polite and respectful audience).
The second time I saw The Little Big Things, there was a female singer (I'd say in her 20s) getting attention from her fans (and being very pleasant with them). Unfortunately, although she looked familiar, I didn't manage to work out who she was. But it seemed like a show people were trying to get tickets for in the closing fortnight (I got excellent Stalls rush tickets both times).

Bit early for Sister Act’s press night isn’t it? Or was it some sort of gala performance?
Editing to say it was press night, just seen Beverley mention it on her socials.

Yeah it was press night, it's the same production that's been touring and most of the cast have played it before so I guess it didn't need long for previews 😀

The people around me are starstruck at Layton Williams being in the row behind me at Jamie. I don’t think they’ve recognised John McCrea.
