Drayton Arms, Finborough, Royal Court and Baron’s Court.

There is the Chelsea Theatre right at the end of the Kings Road, it used to be quite well known in the world of contemporary dance festivals but I haven't heard much about it for many years. A quick Google shows they do have some interesting stuff on but they don't seem to publicize themselves much.

There's the Coronet in Notting Hill. Not sure if it counts as being in Kensington but it's not too far away. They seem to have moved away from "normal" theatre in recent years though, concentrating more on dance and poetry.

Is Shepherds Bush too far .. the Bush theatre is quite the spot atm.
