This must be selling well as they've announced new dates, even going back to venues they've played this year.

When the tour of DEH was announced it was originally a hard pass from me as I really get along with the WE version which just left me cold and unengaged watching it and I really just didn't get the hype for it. However, the positive feedback from viewings of the tour and seeing that there where some £13 stalls seats going for day's matinee I ended up booking for it and hoping that under a different cast and creative team it would be a more enjoyable viewing. Overall, this version far more enjoyable and emotionally engaging than the WE one and I leaving the theatre I was certainly happier seeing it here than at the NC. I would still like someone to take a look at the ending and maybe rework it so the impact of Evan's actions are explored more. Like TallPaul, Act 1 is a definite 5 star act with a weaker 3 star Act. Though overall I've rated this a 4 star production in the poll. The cast I thought were great (we had Sonny on as EH) and the set design worked well with nice use of the video screens. Having seen the set up close on my theatre tour this morning, it certainly filled the Empire stage nicely.

This must be selling well as they've announced new dates, even going back to venues they've played this year. And at higher prices (at least in Birmingham).
