The £395 seats appear to be row C of the stalls, and are £395 on weekends, £350 midweek. Just look what you get for that enormous sum... The Suite-Heart Experience Includes access into our Ambassador Lounge. Enjoy three glasses of Grande Marque champagne, a luxury Plaza Suite-Heart dessert board, a Jude’s ice cream, and a programme.

Update on prices - it's actually not bad, so worry not! Prices for Weds 24th Jan (believe this may still be in preview at that point): £25 - rows F and G of Grand Circle £35 - front row of Grand Circle £55 - rows B to E of Grand Circle In the Dress Circle there's a much bigger range of prices, with some premiums up to £300 in front row. But some standard in front row for £125 too, G to K is mostly £90 with some at £55 and £75, then L and M are £75, and N is £55. Stalls U to W are £55, S and T £75, O to R are £90, plus some at £90 at sides in rows further forward. The centre is mostly £140 to £350 from C back to J, but then with central seats at £125 from K to N. Looks like A and B across the front are £90 but don't think the whole rows are on sale yet. Apologies this is a little jumbled, but I hope it helps - and reassures for those of you queuing. Thank you! Really helpful. A decent range there. I'm down to about 6,000 ahead of me with apparently another 30 minutes to go.

Seems to being having an effect on all of the ATG booking site, bookings for any of the regional venues also seem to being going via queue-it and getting stuck every time the queue gets paused.

Yeah my queue paused 10 minutes ago and I haven't moved in line since. I've signed up to receive an email when it's my turn. Hopefully it works because I'm just driving myself mad staring at a number that's not changing at this stage!
As soon as I pressed submit my queue restarted and has me back to a 58 minute wait.

Is it just ATG members on sale right now? I signed up for the priority booking but haven’t had an email and desperately want to see this.

Sod this. Twelve thousand people in front of me. I'll look for offers nearer the time. I never believe these numbers. I suspect they’re designed to manage volumes of people in the queue to protect their system, rather than represent how many are actually queuing. For every person who bails out… result.

Another reason to cancel ATG membership. Paying fifty quid a year, but they open a presale to everybody!

Another reason to cancel ATG membership. Paying fifty quid a year, but they open a presale to everybody! They did the same with Sunset Boulevard - member presale went live at the same time as everyone who'd signed up for the production's presale. It really ought to be 10am for ATG+ then midday for the production presale perhaps. The demand wasn't anywhere near as high for Sunset, so it was less of an issue, but for Plaza, I totally agree it's unfair paying members are having to join a queue full of those who just signed up for an email.

That's because they had already reached that queue position, and your queue id was held in cookies. The queue was 9,700 at 10:03 and that position is down to 4,200 now (11:13), so the first 5,500 places have passed. Right now, the back of the queue has 15,000+ in front.

Agreed. This ridiculous system is so annoying; was waiting for a pop-up link after the countdown but nothing. 8000 ahead of me apparently. Who knew this or they were so popular? What?! This will be a complete sell out before it opens. SJP is hugely popular- and famous. I got in first thing and it was very quick and easy. Now however , the queue is 15,000 !

Although what seats and in which location they are is anyone's guess as for neither Sunset nor Plaza did I see anything marked as specifically for ATG+ members.

That counts for absolutely nothing when non members are getting tickets before paying members. It's obscene to charge people for benefits they aren't even getting.

That is indeed strange. It sounds like they temporarily deactivated the Queue-Id system and you got in during that window. ATG's software and IT management are dreadful generally. I got in after 102 minutes. Managed to find two good seats at £90 for front stalls central for a midweek in March. I thought it odd that two adjacent seats were still available in such a prime location, and weirdly, when you filtered to show only seats for "£140 (package)", these two were the only ones highlighted. But the system proceeded to offer them for the correct price of £90, so I booked them, but it then failed at the payment stage, so I had to start all over again and try a different date. Honestly, if there was an Olivier for most inept theatre operator, ATG would win it every year.

I didn’t get a link and didn’t realise they’d gone out so had to email ATG and joined the queue at 15000.

Booked two upper circle £25 seats as I'd just like to see SJP.
don't really care about the play but don't like missing out so thought I'd give it a whirl.
Loads of availability though for most shows

I logged in just after 10am and was approx 4000 in the queue. When it got down to 307 and a 2 min wait, the queue was paused for about 15 mins. Got in at about 11:05 and bought row W in the stalls.
