At the Barbican if you turn up in person for a day ticket for a production that isn’t close to being sold out they will sell the top price tickets remaining for the day ticket price rather than the small block at the back always allocated for day tickets. Do they do this at NT or is it always just the seats in the very back rows that you can get as day tickets ?
