I've always wondered what the Milan Stage Manager's line "inglesa patsa!" means. I know it means English, but I'm not sure about the other word. I may have even heard it wrong. It’s ‘Inglese pazza’ and means ‘crazy English’

Conversely though it might also seem odd for her to have concert dates right slap bang in the middle of rehearsing for the leading role in a big west end show. But clearly she's going to part of Waitress somewhere along the line so at least that would make more sense than her randomly coming back to the UK for concerts when she's just started in a show on Broadway. It can't be long before we find out either way! As Katharine is supposed to be with the show until May, I would think Lucie’s concerts line up pretty well, with her beginning rehearsals after the concerts in early April

I have to say that it doesn’t come as a massive surprise to read that people are feeling there’s a lack of chemistry. No-one has specified who they felt lacked chemistry, but given that KMP was absent for about half of the rehearsal period, I did wonder what the chemistry would be like between her and the company.

Why is Nicole Dennis NOT covering Becky? Makes no sense... Guessing because she’s too young/reads as too young.

Nicole Dennis seems to be posting lots of photos from the audience, am I thick or should she not be on stage performing ..? She’s re-posting/re-sharing other people’s photos

I used to ‘stage door’ a lot more than I do now, because now I just find it quite awkward (I think because I’m not a teenager/early 20s anymore). Now I only go if I particularly want to thank someone for their performance, or if I’m seeing something where I know someone in the show.

When they sell you the ticket, the following is explained. The tickets are non-refundable. You cannot move seats or request an upgrade There is high stage They even make you sign the back of the ticket to ensure you have understood the terms of the sale. I think this must be a Phoenix thing, at the very least, they did the exact same with the Bend It Like Beckham dayseats

Does anybody here know if the photo brochure features the original cast still or if it has been updated? Both times I saw the show in its first year the brochure was still with the Broadway cast but I’d love a copy of the OLC in print . The brochure on the merchandise website has the sticker in the corner stating it’s the OBC: hamiltonwestendshop.com/homepage/fan-favourites/hamilton-brochure-london Thanks in advance. Yes, there is now an OLC brochure

As well as her own gigs, Lucie’s also doing another concert in Manchester at the end of March. Given that she’s saying her own gigs are ‘before it all kicks off’, it seems unlikely that she’d be taking over from Stephanie Torns at the end of this month, but it does fit with taking over from Katharine (or from someone else in the US but at a later date)

Also, the real question is, if she is 16, how can she afford so many theatre tickets? I'm 30, I work, and can't go to the theatre as many times as I'd like to! They’re about 18/19, and working

Sources tell me that it’s the same group from Heathers who have caused this. To be fair, it’s only one member of the group from Heathers who is also part of the Bat Out of Hell and ETAJ “fandoms”

Doesn't look like we will get a performance from Emily. Given that she doesn’t really sing anymore, I shouldn’t get my hopes up about it being Queen Julie (but I still will)

What awards can this pick up in 2019? I feel like it needs to win everything it’s eligble for! I just checked the SOLT website, and whist the Arts is considered an Affiliate Theatre rather than a West End Theatre, it falls under this category: "*The above Affiliate Member theatres have opted to pay the Performance Levy to allow all their productions (in their main space) to be eligible for the main category Olivier Awards. They are not eligible for the Affiliate Award". So it will be eligable for Best New Musical and any catagory it could fall into. I haven't seen the show yet, but based on photos and videos, I could well see the six girls get a Best Actress in a Musical joint nomination at least. But again, it's a stacked catagory. I’m not sure how this works/how up to date their list is, as last year The Other Palace had the same status as above (and still does) yet when the list of Olivier eligible productions was released, only 1 show from TOP made the cut, even though other shows also met the opening date/number of performances criteria. I also seem to remember someone saying on the Olivier Awards thread that they didn’t think the Arts was paying the Levy anymore, but I think they’d be silly not to as they certainly have the chance to score some nominations!

You saying how easy it is to find it and even posting the name of the website where the house is, is not helping tho. I know usual posters here won't look it up, cause we're not that kind of fans. But you never know who's lurking. But someone had already said the name of the site, a couple of posts before mine! I wouldn't have mentioned it otherwise. Actually I only know it exists because Carrie kept mentioning it on her Instagram... I assumed they were referring to the property search site, rather than GuruGossip

As I've not read anything, is he still doing that Broadway show? The one that made him change the London concert dates. American Son - yes, it closes next weekend

I just checked Olivia’s Spotlight CV - she’s playing Francine Pomatter and covering both Dawn and Jenna!
