Hi, Sorry if this has been asked before, but has anyone sat in Dress Row A seat 7 before? Looks to be white on theatremonkey website but just after any reviews really. Many thanks x seatplan.com/london/adelphi-theatre/SeatPlan is a great way to get a rough idea of what the view might/will look like from possible seat selections! I swear by it!

Just managed to get a rush ticket after tapping the button furiously one came back. Was hoping for stalls, but it’s in the circle. Can’t complain for £25! Excited to see what’s in store!! Please report back! I really hope this lives up to what I hope it does!

Has anyone sat in the grand slips here because I cant find a photo on seat plan In the disneytickeys.co.uk website there is a “view from your seat”. Hope this is helpful! Thanks for the tip! It had always annoyed me that the side seats at the Prince Edward didn't appear on SeatPlan, so glad I now know a way to roughly check the view

I tried to Rush today, just to see what tickets did come up, but didn't manage to get through! I'm in no rush to see this, was more curious at what tickets they were planning on selling as rush tickets. I imagine that once the initial rush calms down they will be easier to come by

I think all of the emails I've had regarding the Disney Priority booking have gone into my spam emails. My email came from disney@mail.disney.co.uk and I got mine on Monday at about 5:45am if that helps

If this didn't clash with Zorro, and wasn't through the roof, then as said above I'd already have tickets by now!

My point is that the chandelier becomes almost a character on its own, not just in the West End production but as it is written in the musical's libretto- so yes, I think the chandelier, along with its original choreography that so brilliantly bridges the stage set and the auditorium, is essential to any ALW "Phantom experience". Even though the chandelier sequence exists in the restaged version it does not make half as much impact, which, I think, is the cause of furore in the previous posts over the exact way it will rise and drop, this tour being marked as the original but obviously not a 100% replica. Yeah good point, get where you’re coming from. It is indeed written in to the story. Unlike the Starlight bridge or Les Mis resolve.... The entire opening scene with the auction would not make sense if there was no chandelier, its one of the few things that I felt the film did really well, was setting up the scene with the chandelier raising back into its original place, and the theatre transforming back as it takes you back to that time. Where like you mention the bridge for Starlight or the resolve are just theatre staging that were used to create the show, which some people will always mourn if they are replaced. So I think the chandelier needs to featured, its just it may not be in the same capacity as in London, with it being on tour!

It’s odd as I have a link that still works this afternoon and I can see tickets to buy I thought the same thing when I tried my link from yesterday (which i used through my phone), today on my work PC. It still took me through, and looked like I would be able to make a booking.

Am I missing something? I'm with O2 but have heard nothing about priority booking. I have only heard about it through the board! But once you open the Priority App, its the first thing you see!

Anyone got in on the O2 priority booking and can share the seating chart/ticket prices? I've just checked, as I'm with O2, it opens at 11am I'll report back if I can get in! Currently 3542 in the queue, with 1631 in front of me, estimate wait time, 40mins currently... I'll keep updated...

If tickets arn't through the roof at Curve then I will possibly go and see this! As would have loved to have seen the OLC for the cast, and have seen the OAC recording. I didn't love it, but didn't hate it either haha! SO would be willing to give it a go if the price is right

I think the Disney theme park let it go with the bridge and quick change is better! I do think there are better out there, but I do feel the dresses from the Disney Parks look very 'costume', where at least on in the musical I do feel the costumes do look more like believable clothing

That dress change is pretty slick though right? I think its best way they could have made it work, and I think its great! I imagine it looks better in person, as long as the lighting effect is timed right to mask the change. I remember seeing clips during previews where they hadn't got the timing right yet, and it made it so obvious how it was done! I think the whole sequence is good, though like people have said, where is the damn ice palace, or at least some stairs haha, though it does look like they may have added some stairs if the tour footage is anything to go by

There’s a complete clip of Let It Go on The View’s YouTube channel. Audience going crazy at absolutely everything. Like, she takes off a glove “OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH”. She takes off a cloak “GAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH” When the dress changes they collectively wet themselves. The issue that I have with that clip is that it was for The View, so I have always looked at that as a none fair representation of how a theatre audience would react to that sequence. I imagine that there will be reactions, but not to that level! ... I would hope!

Sadly I can't make the rescheduled date but was pretty much refunded instantly when I told them. Very good customer service. Shame you can't make it now, but glad to hear that they've been quick with getting you refunded!

Kara Lily Hayworth was sublime in this, and gave a star-making turn in an otherwise quite average show. Not being the biggest Sheridan fan, I'll give this version a miss! I agree that Kara was sublime in this when I saw her! Though I would still be intrigued to see Sheridan in it, if I can manage to get tickets that don't break the bank!

I have always thought that a good Christmas show for Curve to do would be The Secret Garden! As its a popular enough property to get tickets in, its something i think that would work for the festive period, and I think Curve could really put there stamp on it!

We haven't seen My fair lady in a while. I'm still keeping fingers crossed for the recent Broadway revival to make its way across! Regardless I agree its been too long for a MFL!

Desi has posted on her IG stories that she isn't told whether or not she's playing Jenna until the morning of each performance so it seems there are no guarantees that she will be on all week despite that having been announced?! Peak Waitress. That seems like a really stupid choice to make! Surely she's here, let her perform the week, and let the others really get some rest and recuperate!

I think we had a cover on for Gina, but I wouldn't have known had I not seen the notice as we went in. I did see that, but never really clocked the fact that she wasn't the main one, due to how good they all were! Credit to them for working so seamlessly together!

Managed to catch this while in Leicester at the weekend. We got to single seats on the back row of the Circle, technically next to each other, but one seat is on a raised section with 6 other seats. Even though it was the back row upstairs, the view was perfect, there really isn't a bad seat at Curve (bar the side seats, which are cheap as chips, but you do lose a lot of stage due to the angle) Having never seen the stage show, and only watching the film for the first time a couple of months ago, I pretty much went in cold, other then knowing the classic songs. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and thought overall it was a great production. Performances were about 75% for us, there was nothing wrong with them, at times we felt Maria's (Adriana Ivelisse) voice wasn't the strongest, though lovely at times, it did miss something for us. Tony (Jamie Muscato) was a bit dead behind the eyes sometimes, which worked really well when he was playing JD in Heathers. They did have some really lovely moments together, and I did actually find there relationship very believable. I felt that the ensemble really carried the show, pulling it through the story, framing the entire piece. Anita (Carly Mercedes Dyre) was a real highlight, and I thought it was really interesting to see America with only the 3 girls. Now after seeing the show, we are both really intrigued by the changes being made for the Ivo Van Hove production, currently in previews on Broadway. When you hear 'I feel Pretty' and the 'Somewhere' Ballet are cut, and also removing the interval, you go 'what?!' Now seeing the show, I really can see how it might work, IFP feels so superfluous, I get the intent behind it, but really, it adds very little other then adding some lightheartedness to the beginning of Act 2. I think I'd now prefer to see an altered/updated version of WSS now I've seen the 'original'. Overall a wonderful production, with very little to pick at honestly. If you've never seen WSS, I think this is a great production to pop that cherry! 4 1/2*

Finally catching this tonight! Was meant to see it when it was on tour in Leicester, but wasn't able to make the booking in the end, so really interested to see how this works on stage. I really enjoyed the cast recording when that first came out, but its been a long time since my last listen, and I know there is new material in the show now, so can't wait to see it! Managed to get a £30 ticket in the New Year deals. So I thought that this was thoroughly charming, and really captures the essence of the film really well! I think it fits nicely in the Other Palace, it was a full house, and from what I can see the rest of the run has sold really well! All the performances were spot on, and I really think that the actor/muso really fits the feel of the piece. From what I can gather this is tonally very different from the Broadway version, the main thing being that French accents are actually used! I think it'll be a shame if this isn't preserved in some way, so lets hope of the possibility of a cast recording, to preserve the changes to the music. Overall I really enjoyed it, glad I finally managed to catch it before it goes! 4* from me
