Yes, both are perfectly legitimate. Theatremonkey has a reputation second to none, and Love Theatre is a subsiduary of ATG. On this occassion, you can book with complete confidence. Thanks! Really appreciated!

Anyone know what Charlie is up to next? He’s such a star. It needs to be a dance heavy musical as that's his forte.

Slightly off topic… which way does Charlie swing? 😅 Don't think he has ever been a swing. Ensemble in Wicked then the lead role in Half a Sixpence, Mary Poppins and Crazy For You.

Just had an email from Official London Theatre declaring “final weeks” which only allows you to book until 4th November.
But the official site is still selling until January.
Have they jumped ahead of an early closing announcement?

I really hope not as I've just booked for the last night in Jan. I know it's not selling that well but I was hoping they could stick it out especially with Christmas around the corner.

Phew! That email subject line panicked me too. Really hope this doesn’t have to close early, it’s such a wonderful show. I’d far rather see this than a panto over Christmas so hopefully the holiday season will give it a boost.

Finally looking to see this and I just wanted to check a couple of things with regards to the lotteries:
a) Am I right in thinking I've got a good chance of winning? If you've entered, how quickly after entering did you win? b) For the Monday lottery, does the four week period start the week after or does it start the week of the draw? (E.g. say I won the lottery on 6 November. Would my four week period be w/c6 November-27 November or w/c13 December to 4 December?

I'm not sure why they all it a Lottery - it isn't really, it's priority notice of some seat allocations. So you sign up and get an email on Monday and Friday. Every Monday at 1pm for performances up to 4 weeks in advance. Every Friday at 1pm for performances for the following week. So as long as you can make time to click the link they've sent, at 1pm, you should find it easy to get good seats at £20 and £30. Keep in mind that there are even some ordinary price tickets - outside of this scheme - for £15, but the attraction of this 'lottery' is that the £20 and £30 seats have been reduced in price. Looking at my email they sent me on Friday, I click the link and can see tickets for this week, AND four week after that - so five weeks in all. Not sure why that is. The Monday email shows tickets for that same week (that began with the Monday itself). Doesn't quite answer your question b) as what they're doing seems in excess of what they said.

Does anyone know if the cloakrooms are available again at the theatre? I've got a small suitcase with me, but I've read online that they don't accept it since COVID.

You will get an email with a link and you'll see all the "lottery" seats available. I just bought one this past Monday for a Nov 9th performance (4th row seat for 30 pounds). They don't normally sell out...the ones they don't sell will be up for grabs next Monday. As per various members’ posts through this thread, the lottery has turned up some brilliant seats for £20/£30/£40 - I got centre row F (4th row) for £30 - massively reduced from the £80-100ish they were priced at via standard booking routes. So you shouldn’t have any difficulty getting some of the best seats in the house. Best of luck!

Appearing at the Royal Variety Show. That night was off sale from when performances went on sale last year. Hopefully will help them push some tickets in the final weeks.
