‘It was a complete sound system failure apparently which caused the show to be cancelled last night. Now fixed.

Hi friends.. Does anyone know if any of the leads have scheduled holidays on the week of Jan 4th? Also, does Miriam do all shows bar sicknesses or is there an alternate Juliet? I'll be in London for a few days and this mad musical is my priority!

I'll be in London for a few days and this mad musical is my priority! Grace has only posted her Juliet dates for this side of the year (27th matinee and 31st eve), she will have more in the new year but I don’t know when. Jocasta Almgill is on for Juliet’s Nurse from the 6-11th and Nathan Lorainey-Dineen is on for May from the 6-8th. I don’t know of any others that week.

Does anyone know how to apply the under 25s discount when booking online? I can't figure it out and can't ring the box office because I have no credit and the house phone doesn't allow you to select numbers properly

I can't figure it out and can't ring the box office because I have no credit and the house phone doesn't allow you to select numbers properly Select the seats, and then underneath click Concessions and choose the number required. It will only show up under Concessions if you’ve selected the right band tickets - the performance I was looking at the Band A were the pink £75 tickets and the Band C were the blue £50 tickets

Yes, so many serious shows on Broadway right now lol: Beetlejuice, Tootsie, Mean Girls, Aladdin, Book of Mormon, Freestyle Love supreme, Moulin Rouge. What does a person just wanting a brainless night out do? 'brainless' is the correct answer.

That is a shady picture to post. I did LOVE Grace...posting that photo is so disrespectful You're allowed to LOVE Grace, she seems like a lovely person which I'm sure attracts a lot of fans and rightfully so she is a great role model for young girls, but that doesn't mean she is an 'amazing' or 'phenomenal' performer. I have posted my thoughts on the 4 performances I've seen of hers elsewhere in this thread, so no need to drag the girl again. She clearly has talent or she wouldn't keep getting cast. But I have yet to see a performance where that has all come together in her favour and created a truly memorable moment for her. Now this may be because she is constantly an understudy and plays various roles on different nights, (which I am sure is VERY difficult, so props to her for being able to pull that off) but I have never seen her 'own' a role like most other understudies I have seen in other shows and she is certainly not the best understudy in the Six crew. The most popular maybe, but by no means the best performer. She is young and well on the way to a wonderful career in the theatre and I'm sure one day she will in fact be 'amazing' or even 'phenominal', but she certainly isn't there just yet.

I don't know.I just don't see the point of tearing down a performer on a forum like this. As you say - she is young...how would you feel about her reading this? I understand this forum is opinion based and everyone is entitled to say what they want about a given performer, but i would never want to be the person to make another feel bad. I just wouldn't post about someone at all if I didn't like him/her/they.

These people aren't wrapped in cotton wool, if they give a so so performance they will get told the second the performance is over, so it's not something that would be new to them if they did read it.

Reports I’ve heard of Grace as Juliet have been fantastic, this is a new show for her, completely different to Six. At least give her a chance in this role?

May as well close the 'discussion forum' if all we can say is every show is amazing and everyone in every show is amazing...what's to discuss?

I’ve never seen Grace before in a main role yet, so I can’t have much of an opinion. However it seems a little unfair that one poster is getting a bit of flack for sharing their own opinions about a performer. Nothing posted was rude or personal, it’s just subjective view of her performance.

I absolutely agree that social media shouldn’t be used to single out and call out individuals, especially if their name isn’t being used to market a production. I have seen some dreadful performances, but you won’t read them on here, as I keep it to myself. It is fair to have an opinion on someone that is starring and their name is being used as a draw, as are the creatives. They are happy to accept praise from critics and awards, so should therefore accept criticism. But your average run of the mill actor never.

I feel like I've seen this poster making shady comments about Grace a lot, and that's where it crosses a line for me. Much like other posters, I generally keep my negative opinions to myself or talk privately with friends about them, especially if those opinions are about performers.

Is Danielle Fiamanya down to cover any roles in this? I saw her in Curves The Color Purple as Nettie as she was excellent and she's not long won a The Stage Award for that role, it seems a bit of a waste if she's just in the ensemble. Amazing voice.
