Has anyone heard anything about the 17th yet? I know the box office are probably super busy but it’s less than 2 weeks away, and my concern is the socially distanced train seats will sell out if I wait much longer. I really don’t know what to do! Still waiting. A friend has only just heard about 12th so if they are going in order may be a little longer. I’m desperate to know (it’s like peeling a plaster off slowly, I was devastated to find out hairspray was cancelled 68 minutes before it was due to start today but it meant I could leap into action to find something else!)

Wow that’s a short notice period!! I suppose not too bad if you live in London but if you live in the regions and have to make travel arrangements a it’s a bit of a bugger! I’m going to have to I think decide I’m going and make the arrangements and hope for the best and if my seat gets cancelled - anyone fancy a socially distanced coffee in London? Lol

Every time my phone pings to say I've got an e mail I think it may be from LWT but its always junk mail. I wonder if they have put the rows of seats they took out for social distancing back. I'm guessing they have as they were expecting to be full capacity for when they opened.

Lol I feel ur pain as I have a mate waiting to travel down from Liverpool on the 16th for the 17th. Just need to know. Trains not the best prices but hopefully it’ll go ahead, well our booking will. Hands of the gods as they say…

Tickets for the first week starting to appear. Can now book for the 12th/13th. But still no news from the box office regarding tickets already held. Well not for my tickets for the Wednesday matinee (14th). Glad I’m only coming up from Brighton and have a second show in the evening to look forward to. Not so sure others will be so happy if they have to plan and book longer journeys/hotels for one show. Bit disappointing really compared to the seat move process experienced with Cinderella and South Pacific in the last couple of weeks. Is anyone else waiting for news on their tickets for next week??

I’ve heard about Wed 14th matinee today. Been moved from side stalls to central stalls. Also heard about my booking for Cinderella next week, so I presume they’ve got the whole week sorted and firing out the emails today.

I bought some Joseph tickets through the O2 Priority offer (2 seats for £40) in case my booking for next week got cancelled. Luckily I’ve just been moved seat so won’t require these tickets for Wed 4 Aug - 7.30pm. Seats around these are on sale at £85 each so a £130 saving.
Selling at face value: £40 for both.
Seats: I13 and I14
Will accept TheatreTokens for the £40.
Posted on the noticeboard too.

There’s quite a few people I know waiting to hear about 17th! The waiting is agony. I have other tickets booked but this is my only Linzi date (by happy coincidence, this one was booked when I realised I couldn’t make the moved date from last year!)

Tickets for 14th have just gone back on sale so they are definitely working their way through the week.

Where are people seeing tickets for the 12/13/14th on sale? When I go through the tickets link on the official production site there's nothing listed all for the week.
I'm also waiting for the 17th ...

There don’t seem to be many single seats in the new seating plan... Still waiting for matinee on 17th - fingers still crossed!

I’m now all set with my reallocated seats for next Wednesday matinee… can’t fault the LW Theatres customer services team actually as there was a slight issue with where my booking details had been emailed too (apparently because I had used Apple Pay) which meant I never reveal confirmation but they eventually found it and all was fine. It was finally resolved at quarter past midnight last night… two thumbs up for effort! Excited to see the show now 🤩

I'm meant to be going on the evening of the 15th but still haven't heard anything... should I be worried?

I'm meant to be going on the evening of the 15th but still haven't heard anything... should I be worried? My reallocation for the matinee was sent to me yesterday so I would imagine you should have heard yesterday or today latest. Spare seats for Wednesday evening show and Thursday are showing on the website so they must have finalised all seating now.

I've been mulling over what to do about my Joseph credit voucher for (yesterday's) cancelled performnce. It was for front row stalls and booked for July 2020 the morning the show went on sale pre COVID.
Had it been a standard credit voucher, as ATG issue, I would simply have accepted and soon used it, but with it being presented as just for this show I've requested a refund. Its only advantage seems to be access to the prices previously paid - £75, now £85 - so I've decided to take my chances and hope for a better deal. Indeed a few weeks ago I had booked another seat through an Agency for my son at the same performance a few rows back and to the side which cost just £25. I got a no-strings credit voucher for that one
There's plenty of availability in August and even with Kids Week to boost sales I think there will be some dynamic pricing and Agency special offers as there were in 2019. Anyway I'm setting myself a challenge to get both a reasonable seat for an "Alexandra" and one for a "Linzi" for my £75.
