In my mind I am thinking we will hear about the 17th tomorrow. As on Wed they put next Wed up and yesterday they put next Thur up so possibly today will be next Fri and then on Sat the 17th. Hope its sooner as my nerves can't take it. Everytime my phone pings I think its the e mail, but alas its not.

If I haven't heard anything for Tuesday 13th, do I presume my booking has been unaffected? I booked through TodayTix

If I haven't heard anything for Tuesday 13th, do I presume my booking has been unaffected? I booked through TodayTix Id contact them just to check but why not go to the LW Theatre site and look at the seating plan for the 13th as it shows what has been booked and the bubble size, so if say you booked a single seat and its now showing as a bubble or 2 then I would you have been moved or cancelled if that makes sense

Heard nothing from the Palladium yet about my ticket for the 17th matinee. I've booked a train anyway cos I was getting anxious I wouldn't be able to get down there if I waited so I feel better about it now I'm having a day in London and if anything else I can have a good rummage through Selfridges and Liberty's!

I really feel for you having to wait so long to hear. If its any consellation - every performance for the first week have had tickets available to go back on sale so hopefully the 17th won't be any different.

I think the issue will be more around single tickets as when the dates have been put back on sale they are for bubbles of 2 or 4 and if you want a single ticket then, unless you buy 2 seats, you are stuffed!! Definately think we should consider group bubbles for Saturday if that happens.

I've kept my hotel and train booking even though my ticket was cancelled

If I’m not lucky in my single seat (I booked quite late on), my options for another show in place are getting limited if needed.

woohoo! Just heard! I've been moved but I'm still going! I'm glad to hear it! I just got my confirmation through too. I've been moved back a row. I really hope they make the announcement 'At this perfornance the role of the narrator will be played by Linzi Hateley' I will be cheering so loudly!

I have also just heard but I have been moved from an aisle seat stall row G to a non aisle seat in row T so much further back. My problem is that due to disability I need an aisle seat so dont think I can take the alternative. I will contact them anyway to see what they say.

I've heard too! I've been moved back a few rows and three seats in from the aisle I had originally, but my issue is sensory overwhelm being surrounded rather than physical, so I can manage just having one or two people between me and the aisle.
I'm sorry yours isn't suitable alece10, I hope they can sort something out for you!

For those who’ve heard recently were you due to go to the matinee or evening? I’m still waiting on the evening and it’s killing me.

I’ve heard and it’s not good news for me - it’s a credit voucher 😳😔 So sorry to hear that. As someone mentioned before worth checking when the date is back on sale. There may also be people who have been moved but don't want the alternative so could cancel. Fingers crossed for you.

[br ] I've just sent them an e mail. Same happened to me with Cinderella and they found Me another aisle seat but I think this will be harder as the matinée was really well so.

We’ve been moved for the matinee from row e to row f and over the other side, so we are happy with that

I've been moved from G on the aisle to N a few seats in (which seems to be one of a block of four in every date that's been put up so far but other bubbles move around so I guess that one's changing for Saturday). Definitely not my preference, particularly since being too far under the overhang also causes me sensory issues and from pics it looks like N is probably about my limit, but I'm just glad I still have a seat. I'll manage ... I hope.
Edit: Just looking through more photos, maybe I've just seen some taken from a dodgy angle and the overhang isn't an issue by row N at all. The Palladium isn't a theatre I've been to very often.

A certain simian has the circle overhang starting at Row N, if that helps.

Thanks, if it's just starting there then that's fine. It's when it's in my line of vision that it becomes an issue.

I've just had e-mail confirmation about the 17th July evening show and it's great news. I'm going and got moved down a level from Grand Circle to Royal Circle. I have to admit I was seriously starting to panic that I wouldn't get a ticket. I think my blood pressure must have gone through the roof tonight. I'm just just glad it's sorted and I can now enjoy my London theatre binge tomorrow.
