I've got a three show weekend which is a first for me as is a two show day so that in and of itself is exciting. I'm also very excited for Medea on Friday as I loved Yerma. I'm seeing The Son on Saturday which I'm excited for as I enjoyed The Father at Wyndham's (sadly missed The Mother) and also Jesus Hopped the 'A' Train which I've heard good things about.

Not theatre, but on Friday night I'm going to St. Paul's for a performance of Grand Messe de Morts by Berlioz, on the 150th anniversary of his death. Not often performed due to the enormous forces required, so very much looking forward to it!

Saturday - Kinky Boots Sunday - West End Live Lounge.
Hoping I can also see [Title of Show] on Sunday as well but that’ll all depend on what time I manage to finish work and whether I can make it to London in time.

Great to see so many North East folk in this thread. Friday I’m going to catch Saturday Night Fever at the Theatre Royal in Newcastle.. Then Saturday I’m seeing Wonderland (not the musical) at Northern Stage. I watched this earlier in the week and really enjoyed it. Such a powerful and well-acted piece of theatre. Hope you enjoy.

A day late but yesterday, with my two daughters, took bus into NYC and saw The Bands Visit (incredible $40 rush seats) and Dear Evan Hansen. Heading off for coffee and then MoMA

Just need to decide on what to see on the Saturday matinee slot. Currently have no idea what show I’ll go for.

Ahead of seeing Victoria next week, tomorrow I shall be making my annual visit to watch the incredible dancers of Northern Ballet do things with their bodies that the human body was not designed for.
