That's annoying, Tom! I reckon it's a good idea to try calling again in a few days, it seems like it's a matter of luck whether the right person answers your call at the right time!

Managed to book my U25 entry pass tickets very smoothly this morning. Was surprised! Really hope it will be the same case for when Angels in America starts booking!

Hello! Yes i just called the main number. Maybe I was just very very lucky. I just tried calling again and managed to get through to someone who was able to offer a return for two weeks' time!! Very good stall seats. Was giving my account details when my phone line cut off. Called back and was greeted to a different person who claimed there were literally no returns available. After the most stressful five minutes of my life, in which I repeatedly stated I was in the process of buying said ticket, I managed to get the person to finally transfer me back to the original person I was chatting to. Finally managed to secure the tickets! Phew. So stressful but am so excited now!

On the subject of returns, just picked up a very good pair of stall seats for October by phoning Nimax. Absolutely wonderful service. Very little availability for the times I could go, but if you can be very flexible about dates you might strike lucky. Hello ptwest, did you just call the general Nimax phone line? I tried calling a little earlier and was sternly told that returns are only available via the official email subscription? Maybe I just got unlucky with who answered!
