Wow! Way to hide a great 120 minute film at either end of 3 hours. This was engaging, then dull, then EXPOSITION, then thrilling…only slower than that.

I haven't been able to come up with anything much about this other than "It was long". It wasn't bad. It wasn't great. It was long.

My favourite thing about it was Paul Dano going on and on about how playing the Riddler was so daunting that he couldn't sleep properly while playing the role... only to deliver the same performance he has been delivering for two decades.
I went to see it for Robert Pattinson wearing eyeliner and was happy with it

The rest was through his daft mask. Robs smokey eyes were a touch heavy handed for me. It did however do something different and interesting with the character and Reeves showed what he does best in the ‘disaster’ scenes. |
