There is an RSC Associate actor, Mike Gwilym, who appeared in loads of things for them - leading parts - throughout the 1970s and 1980s and then around 1990 when he was around 40 just stopped, gave up acting and disappeared. He’s still alive as far as I know. He was very good, it’s a pity he stopped acting.
