But still no UK production!? Come on to hell! Hurry upppppppp. I keep thinking this too, the longer it takes the less likely it looks. I imagine it would work best in an On Your Feet! Style transfer rather than an open ended West End run. Either way I’m waiting in eager anticipation! |

Style transfer rather than an open ended West End run. Either way I’m waiting in eager anticipation! I was thinking it would go down the same route as Addams Family. Tour the country and see how it fares and then announce a West End transfer if it’s successful. That way they don’t lose much because if it’s not a success they can say “it was never our intention to transfer” etc. |

Is the Spanish recording the Spanish cast singing over the OBC orchestra? This is what they did with the German cast recording and as this is also Stage Entertainment I imagine they have done this again. Which would be a shame as I'd like to hear the most up to date version of the orchestrations. Also cast recordings somehow gel better when the orchestra and vocals are recorded as one by the same production team. Probably only in my mind, but anyway....

@sharpe12, based on these song samples I think the new Dutch cast recording has recorded the orchestra anew? In any case, this cast recording includes the 'Paris Holds The Key To Your Heart' reprise which has replaced 'Crossing A Bridge'. I'm not sure if the Madrid cast recording includes either song.
